Used to be one of the best sites to bet with, recently it's been nothing but a nightmare to bet with ,spent like to 350-400k with them ,then recently they just capped my betting,removed me from sport's promotions , messaged they support team , still waiting for over a week for a reply .. but still get sms,s to deposit.... really really poor service
Horrible experience ,I deposited the first time ,I lost there was no issues then ,so I've won the other day ,that's when the issues come ,I did my fica verification when opening the account,now when I'm trying to withdraw they reject,I sent them the documents ,still just waiting..no response, whenever you message the support team ,all you get is a we'll get back to you ..if this continues I will be reporting then to the Capetown provisional gaming board .they just refuse to pay any winnings
Worst experience ever ,they closed my account with more than R6000 in it ,tried to call them ,they keep escalating and escalating but one one really gives you a reason or a way to resolve it ,THEY SUPPORT TEAM IS THE WORST,WILL BE REPORTING THEM TO THE GAMBLING BOARD..STAY FAR AWAY FROM THEM
Two months ago I experienced a financial problem due to covid and my company having to be closed for a month and two weeks ..I called them to make arrangements due to I wouldn't be receiving a salary in that time,called in numerous amount of times ...Was asked to send in letter from my company which I did .I was assured that my matter would be attended to and my finance would be reconstructed ..however today I receive a call from stating my car will be repossessed if I don't pay the outstanding amount today ...I called the call center in order to make arrangements ,however they have been of no help and ask to call different people and I still get no where with them ..They service Is absolutely terrible
I've called in and explain to mfc agent the situation with my company due to covid 19 and asked for assistance for the month ,I've sent in letters from my company as well as Payslips to show the cut in my salary ,however the agents are very rude and are of no help ,was just told to make sure there's money in my account for the debit and they can't help me .

Hi I have a car finance with Nedbank mfc ,I called in mfc last month to explain my problem I had at work and that I could query it due to my company being closed ,the agent told me she had frozen my account for April and May,I called in again to see if it was done ,another agent said it was done ,however mfc still tried to debit me ,and I called in again ,agent advised they not sure why I was debited and a supervisor will call me in 24/48 yours ,it's been a week and no one as called ,I called in again today and was told they cant assist cAuse my account has been handed over ,my account is only over due for few days ,they told me call another department ,I called 5 times even stayed on the line for up to 30 minutes with no response ...the service that mfc is gives is appealing and agents don't know What they are doing ...
I have took a contract with telkom for r100 a month for capped data..I spoke to the agent and told the agent that I don't want it to come more than that and capped at that amount ..I've got bills for r900 and most recent bill for r1999 ...I've been calling they call centre ..they keep saying call a different department and that they cannot help us ..they service is absolutely poor ...I really don't know what to do ..Cause they debiting me at any time for the month for all high amounts
