your staff is very rude on whatsapp conrad and colleagues no customer service whatsoever
Conrad and his colleague do not have customer service at all very rude and abrupt when responding on WhatsApp.
Dear Game Customer Service, I am writing to formally express my deep dissatisfaction with the JVC television I purchased from your store in December 2025. Since the time of purchase, the product has consistently given me issues, and despite multiple attempts to seek assistance, the service I have received has been substandard and frankly unacceptable. As a paying customer, I expect not only a product that functions as advertised but also a level of service that reflects professionalism and accountability. Instead, I have been met with dismissive responses and inadequate solutions that have left me frustrated and without resolution. This situation is unacceptable, and I demand immediate action. I bought a jvc tv from game online in December 11th, the tv started mulfunctioning. I requested for an exchange. It took them until now to have the tv collected for repairs which I’m not happy about. The tv is still not returned and no communication .

so my mother is old and Lewis doesn't care but all they care about is her pension money, the service she has received from the Eldorado park branch is pathetic. please cancel that debit order and refund her and collect your broken wardrobe you sold to her

MTN ON THE OTHER HAND DOES NOT CARE WHETHER YOU GOT YOUR PRODUCT OR NOT, THEY SIMPLY AFTER SALES.
DSV DRIVERS ARE BUSY WITH FAUD, THEY SCAN YOUR ID AND TAKE YOUR FINGER PRINT AND THEN LIE AND SAY THE BIOMETRICS DOES NOT PICK UP YOUR FINGER PRINT, THEY CLAIM THEY DONT REMEMBER AND THEY DID DELIVER THE ITEMS WHEN THEY RETURNED WITH THE ITEMS. I HAVE CAMERA FOOTAGE THAT CAN SHOW I DID NOT GET MY PARCEL, THIS IS *****
