I called in to find out why I was still being debitted for an account that shows on my Clearscore that it should have been settled in July 2025. They charged me R59 for the call. Then they decided not to take the last debit by themselves and now want to hold me accountable for it. These people are *******

I am furious with Vodacom. End of September they took 2 payments of total R2313. I simply requested that 1 payment of R2313 be refunded to my BANKING ACCOUNT (CAPITEC BANK). This was on 03 October. They then ******ed it up and credited on my Vodacom Acc. Which I by the way never asked for. I WANT THE MONEY RETURNED TO MY CAPITEC BANK ACC. The proof of payment was sent with the 1st query. Now 17days 2queries later nothing has been done. I don't want to know about the map of the place. If I hear one more time about the back office I will loose my temper. My flippen account has always been up to date I have always kept my side of the contract. Even after Vodacom lied to me twice about products and services. I need the money back today I need to repay my employer who now thinks I am lying to him. This is BS. Jow cant you execute such a simple request. ***. I will be contacting the CEO again about this. Its not good enough. How are queries just left like this. I have followed the process set out by YOU, but YOU can't follow it. Your Back Office what ever department that is is a mess.
Terrible bank. Every transaction I make I am charged a Card Rejected Fee of R 17.00 when the transaction is complete. Getting bank statements from them is a joke you have to phone them and then wait and pray they are correct. I have had 2 payments of total 1599 go off my account and when I requested to return the payment was told to fill in a Fraud form what a joke. Bidvest should stick to other businesses not banking Leave That To SBSA ABSA FNB Capitec. You are years behind them. Banking with you has cost me mountains of money I will never see. Crooks do that. Where have you heard that with todays technology you have to fill in a form scan and fax it. Highly disappointed in the place. I have to 1 star to publish yet you deserve 0. Even when I explained the reason for closing the account your comsultant did not even try to salvage the situation. I put more the R 200 000 into this account. What a loss for you
I paid the express fee of R20 for the withdrawal of R 12 151. According to Luno it should take 15 min to reach my account. Its been 25hrs and the payment is stilk pending. No fair.
I have just been informed by Capitec Bank on 09092021 @ 08h55 that because I owed them R 800 rand 7 years ago that they have permanently put my account on hand over status. Even though the debt was settled. By the way they sold their bad debt which according to the NCR as I understand it is illegal due to the consumer protection act. Yet the write their own policies so what about the Banking Adjudicator and Ombudsman are they not suppose to be obedient to SA Law. Here is the kicker they deleted my credit report and have no background for me. I have been banking there 11 years. Also they have flawed their own Debicheck system as I rejected a debicheck 3 times yet they still allowed the debit which is unauthorized to go off. And we invest our hard earned money with them. Even people who commited ****** are released from prison and record annulled. For R800 rand I am serving a life sentence pathetic. O by the way the attorney they sold the debt to turned it into R 4700 which I am also sure is illegal. Not a genius but there is a law about max amount may not surpass the principal amount. Capitec has ruined what I have worked so hard for for over 8 years. They through me to the wolfs and not even an apology. My credit record was last updated by them in 2017 when I queried it they deleted it. I am concerned because what about the people that lost their jobs during the Lockdown they will also be throughen to the masses of sharks. In my view I thank God for Bitcoin and Crypto.
