Complained about one of their employees and her poor service and the response was nothing to do with my complaint, but a mere deflection. This after being a loyal client for many many years of their Brackenfell branch at Old Paarl Road.

Bought a Pioneer set in 2015 for R17 500 cash. Believing it would appreciate, however in 2021 after I paid R3000 for a 3 yr safekeeping agreement I was told when I enquired the value....I was offered R13 250 and a couple of weeks later R12 950. Stay away and don't think you'll get a better deal, you won't. Rather invest in ETF's etc. Crooks!!!
Collected my vehicle from the Audi dealership at N1 City. Got there quite early coz I had to be somewhere else afterwards. Service lady Melissa David's saw me as I arrive, the receptionist even went to inform her that I was there. She made me wait 45+ mind before she attended me. Told me afterwards that I should not have come early coz she has other duties to perform in the morning. Utterly disgusted in her attitude and response. Our business only took about 5mins. The lady at reception and another guy there called her twice to tend to me and apologized several times on her behalf. Melissa did not even make an effort to apologise.
Collected my vehicle this morning 2020-07-08 just after 07h30. On arrival the service consultant Melissa David's saw me as I arrived. The lady at the reception went and announced to her personally that I was there and I could see through the glass door that she saw me in the waiting area. She literally made me sit and wait for 45 mons - 50mins before she came to assist me. When she finally arrived she acted like nothing was wrong. However, when I mentioned that I didn't like that I had to wait that long she instead told me that I must know that she must 1st book the vehicles in that came for a service. This while there were about 2-3 more service agents who could have done this. She tried to blame the client for coming early to collect his vehicle. My dealing with her took no more than 5-10 mins. What happened to the customer is never wrong? What happened to good quality service?
person. Their service is not only up to scratch in that they don't communicate properly with clients, but THEIR PRICES ARE SUPER DUPER INFLATED. I paid R12000 for a coin that actually costs R3500. This is review not out of spite, but out of disappointment and my personal experience. Their Golden Mile Plan is a complete rip off. I'm at a financial loss coz of them. Stay away !! Stay away !!
Went for lunch at Primi Piatti in Saturday 2018-06-09. Ordered a Bolonaise and my girlfriend ordered the Carbonara. When the meals arrived it was clear that mine was a way smaller portion than hers. She even commented out of concern that it doesn't seem like it would fill me. Called the waiter over and showed him the difference in portion size. He discussed this matter with a manager and returned saying, and this was what angered me the most, " its because of the ingredients that the portions appeared different in size" *** ?! Said that his manager reckons if im not full after finishing my kiddies portion meal, I could get some more if I'd like. These two guys clearly treated me like an idiot and felt that they should make me look like an unhappy baby over food in their establishment. This kinda treatment after I go there often driving all the way from the Northen suburbs to the Waterfront. I was ****ed at this treatment and needless to say I finished my meal long before my girlfriend did. Still had to order a beer to drink while she ate her lunch. Gave a R26 tip to the waiter afterwards coz I thought it fair for the 10% of my bill. However, I doubt that branch would ever see me again.
