Sorry to go this route but it's been 15 business days since I've logged this claim and I don't know what else to do. Membership number 82400820066. I've logged this claim 3 times, as per advice from the online consultants. Every time I was told it would take 3-5 business days. The procedure was done on the 22nd April, and despite my logging this claim 3 times, I have yet to receive payment. I also found out that I'll only receive 58% of the amount that I claimed, so that's a second disappointment. Will somebody please help?
Takealot sent me a damaged product (torn fabric), which broke even further when I used it for the first time - a connecting ***** flew out. I used the product for a few hours and then logged a return online. The response I've now received is that: "Unfortunately, we cannot accept your return request as there is visible user damage to the return item, which voids the warranty.", along with the rest of the returns policy. I am not in breach of said policy and I am not taking this product back. Kindly consider your response. I have been a very loyal customer for a long time. Just wanted to send a big thank you to Thozama and Ziyanda at Engen Rietvlei for replacing my (cadac) gas cylinder. Your professionalism and service is appreciated. Thanking you for correcting the situation.
I just came from Engen Rietvlei Service Centre where I believe I may have been ****med out of my 9kg gas cylinder. I paid inside at the cash register to have it filled up, and the staff at the back told me to return in 20 minutes time. I sat in my vehicle for 20 minutes and upon my return, the staff that handle the gas refills could not find my cylinder. They "lost" it. It is a brand new Cadac cylinder. Kindly investigate. I have my receipt.
I received 8 unsolicited phone calls from your call centre on Tuesday alone. I'm also getting daily spam phone calls from your call centre, at least a handful every day. I have not been a customer of yours for over a decade now and I wish to be left alone. I have nothing to do with your company. If you continue to harass me, I will take this further. Kindly cease desist.
Six spam phone calls in 3 days. I am an ex client of yours. I left MiWay years ago after receiving atrocious, horrible service from you and yet you continue to harass me. It has been during my office hours and now you people think it's fine to harass me during the weekend. I will never be your customer again. Take me off your database immediately before I take this further.
I would like to cancel this service. How do i go about doing this?
I gave one month's notice to cancel my policy at the end of July and my monthly premium is still being deducted. I've emailed but no response yet. Please call or mail me.
Dear RCS I did not consent to your call centre harassment. You have been spamming me with at least 4-6 calls daily. If you persist, I will take further action.
Dear MiWay Your call centre has been harassing me since monday. Up to 6 phone calls daily. If you had bothered to check your records you would see that I'm a former client of yours, and an extremely bitter former client of yours due to your poor service. If you don't leave me alone, I will take this further.
