I paid my installment but my internet was suspended,I have the proof of payment on my bank statement,I've send it to them via emails but they don't seem to attend to my cry out ,I've called them and all my airtime went to waste because it's answering machine,if so I want my money back for the humiliation they've put me through,They don't even value me ,I did pay them honestly to their Standard bank account,why did they suspend my internet while I was unaware that they couldn't see my payment,I'm so sad
Hello Peter ,I've app**** for fibre from MTN Supersonic on the beginning of August,I got my router 19th of August then they expect me to pay but the router wasn't active,so theyve send me an invoice that I have to pay 8/10/2024 ,I paid on the 3/10/2024 Wich means I paid before the due date ,on Saturday 12/10/2024 they suspend my internet and state I'm overdue ,I want them to switch on my WiFi plus a free month for the mistake they've made
Good day ,my sons and my banking cards and beds and freezer got ******,i have to give sassa my new banking details so we can pay for November but the lady official of sassa at Delft didn't wanted to hear me out and was short tempered as if she own Sassa and told me she couldn't help ,i must come back nextmonth,im really not happy with sassa services because everywhere I go be it Athlone or Belville or Delft the officials are rude ,how will I get paid without banking details ,they only help people they know quickly
Good day ,I got a call from an homechoice agent and they offered me 3duvets sets and the monthly installments is R150 everything included,after delivery I saw it was duvet covers and not duvets so Ive emailed them several times but to no availability,when I send an sms return,they quickly call me and the lady who called me was rude and said I have to take it and pay for it because 14 days is over ,the more I try to exsplain the more aggressive she became ,the duvets covers is still in its rightful bag unopened and I told her I don't want it because it's not the items they exsplain ed it to be,and the installment reminder wasent R150 as per discussion but now R165 ,I'm really upset and shocked by this service they remind me whole month
I and my ex husband was married for 9 years ,upon Divorce the court ordered that the Post office retirement fund which is at Sanlam has to pay me 50% out of my ex husbands funds ,I submitted the legal documents,just to get a dissapointed reply back that the fund don't pay out the ex spouse ,I'm entitled to my share but they refuse to help me and say I cant have it because it is only for him till his death ,how should I live I sacrifice my all in that marriage just to get nothing in return ,Sanlam Admin Melanie Gordon stated he doesn't have a active account and he has taken all he's funds which is untrue ,I have proof that he has only taken a 3rd but not even the court order help and they said not even a lawyer can help ,what is rights,don't I have rights to have my share? Rozette Phillips admin also send a mail stating she wI'll ignore and the divorce section says there is no funds ,I just want my share which are legally entitled to me
Good day ,I don't even want to give a star ,I'm very dissapointed, I bought 2 x5kgs chicken at Roots Belhar Airport mall ,I opened the bag and made of it just to dicover it was old and smelly and then I opened the other bag to check if that chicken is fresh and made of it the same rotten chicken ,I went to Roots for a refund but they only gave me 1 bags money back because I used of the chicken ,how would one know if you don't open and taste it and I like to make alot for the Sunday and keep the rest for the Monday ,I will never buy their chicken ,I'm very dissapoint
Dstv didn't even bother to contact my husband,Mr Benjamin Layman,it's good that the new decoders is coming out ,TV boxes aswell as open view ,so we can buy that instead of spending so much money on programs and serieses they play over and over again on zeeworld and other channels ,Dstv,you going to lose many customers because you don't keep us happy,you play serieses over and over while we wait for new episodes of that serieses,I'm out my last R420
Multichoice DStv,never fixed my problem,they send multiple messages,stating pay R299 and reconnect with your favorite channels,we paid it end of June and after few days ,they send a message,our DStv is disconnected due to amount owing,I fedup with DStv Multichoice,I'm going to Rather buy an openview and pay once off,good bye to DStv ,you play junk movies over and over,my favorite channel is 166 but you play junk ,where is the favorite movies , examples Twist of fate,the movies now playing is lot of ****
I've send in a complaint on Hellopeter a week ago,The matter isn't resolved as yet,Dtsv Multichoice send my husband altogether 3 smses , stating, reconnect with DStv Multichoice by paying R299 and watch your favorite channels,my husband went and pay it,the DStv was on for only about 4days thereafter,an sms was send ,we've disconnected your DStv because you still owe us R200 and something,which I think is unfair and unprofessional and I won't recommend people to them ,they playing the same stuff over and over again , it's not fun to watch anymore,I would rather recommend a openview to people ,DStv Multichoice refund us or put our DStv on as you promised,please
Good day everyone,Helo Peter I'm disgust by DStv services,Our DStv was off for a few months,then Multichoice send my husband several messages stating reconnect by paying only R299 before the end of June and enjoy your favourite channels,my husband paid before end of June,just a few days after payment, Multichoice send a sms again stating ,we've disconnected your DStv because you still owe us R257,if so ,we want our full R299 back ,because Multichoice kept on sending smses and we pay only after few days it's off again,were not happy ,we are angry
