I ordered 2 mutton bunnies, via mr D app, it was pathetic, no flavor and no salt, yet they charge so much for the bunnies, we work hard for our money and expect value for it. They should close down because their food standards have dropped. Even the land line Dont work. I tried calling so many times to complain about the quality of the bunnies, could not get through.
I have been with internet for 2 days now. My Ref number SR250205-564752, all I get everytime I call is that "they are busy working on it" if they where working on it, I would have internet services by now. These guys don't take customers seriously. But if payment is one day late, they disconnect you.
Mr D motorcycle driver has smashed into my car on the 20th December 2024. I have sent many emails to them to claim for damages. No rep from the company has responded to any Emails. When u call the support, they just say it's been escalated and nobody replies to emails or return my calls. I am not the only person that has encountered a problem with Mr D drivers. They are foreigners who are very reckless on the roads, and Mr D is avoiding the Claim.
I was told my order BAFZTUNBX was dispatches on Friday 11 October2024. When I asked for the tracking number, nobody knew what I was talking about. When I asked to speak to the Manager, I was it on hold for 20min.i had to disconnect. I did leave a message to contact me, but nobody did. Their service is very bad. Now I am requesting for my money to be returned. God help me with this part.
Etekweni municipality is robbing the already finance strapped public by estimating the electricity readings. Why won't the accept our readings with Photos send via their app. They have claimed that they will only capture what the meter reading guy submits, which is sometime twice a year. In the meantime we pay for electricity that we don't use. This is crime against the people of South Africa and should be regarded as *****/theft.
Monday 15 April, I logged a claim with nedbank home insurance for damages to ceiling. Claim No C04241030962382, SBENZ CONSTRUCTION AND SERVICES, 0719445907 has been appointed to your claim. NedIC Claims.FSP no: 41104 Contractor arrived and then sent a report to nedbank. I made many calls and sent many emails, even to the complaint department. Uptil today 28 April.they have not responded tobany emails or approved the repair work.
12 days ago, my car was stripped at the workshop for repairs. Everyday they are always wanting something new referring to the claim. 12 days gone and They are still processing my claim, While I sit with out a car. And no repairs done yet, Why could they not request everything once off.
Two weeks no internet, finally today tech came over, internet worked for 1 hour and I am back to square one. Telkom call centers are useless. They are ver unfriendly. The customer service 0/10. I am do ****ed off that I canceled my contact and will be going with Fibre vodacom
It's been 3 days .my internet is down. I cannot get hold of the call center or support .I also tried some branches ,with no luck . It pathetic to know that such a huge company can behave in this manner. What must we do know in order to get help.
Thieves. They over charge your electricity usage although you submit readings monthly. Guys Please check your bills vs what you use. I have controls in place and submit usage via their sms system but they still estimate your bill and charge why they think is appropriate.
