OK Mega City
I wouldn't advise anyone to buy from OK Furniture in Durban Mega City. The service is bad I bought a table and chair set and 2 chairs were broken.i sent it back and had to keep following up on when I will get the replacements. I requested for the manager to call me which never happen. The sales persons did not tell me they not working the next day but instead decided to give me no feedback and stated she had no airtime to call. I went to the store to ask fory Chairs and the manager told me IL have to wait am hour for the 2 chairs to be assembled. Pathetic service and no remorse from any of them.

Makro Moers
I had such a bad experience with Makro in Arbour Crossing Durban. I bought a washing machine from them and when I got home to unpack it it was damaged. I reported the issue on Saturday 22nd March 2025 and still did not receive any feedback. I have spoken to the manager by the name of Rami and sent pictures of the damage as they requested ,yet still no feedback. I was promised a call back on Tuesday,it is now Friday and I still did not get a call. Pathetic

Rain *****s
Rain WiFi are *****s, I have cancelled my subscription on the 1st of Feb and today the 15th of Feb they debited me. There is no way to get my money back and they just make excuses when I call them . Please I advise anyone not to get Rain WiFi . Their signal doesn't work half the time and they debit you when ever they feel fit

Avis trash
Avis are *******s,they miss lead clients..I rented a car on the 14/12/2024 . I was told after 30days my refund will be transferred back into my account. I have tried calling the office I'm PMB where I rented the car, no one ever answers.i called the contact centre but I never get through to an agent.i sent an email because they said they respond with in 24hours. It's been 2days and I have received no response.i will never higher a car from them again and I'd advise others to do the same

Swaadish and Uber eats are *******
Uber eats are ******, the driver was suppose to deliver our food but did not arrive or call us to say he was here... He left with our food and when u called the restaurant to ask If my food was there the manager said the driver did not drop the food off. Swaadish pmb is the worst restaurant to order from and the Manager is helpless.

Refrain From using Rain.
Rain are *****sters, I would advise everyone else who has considered getting rain to rather reconsider. My wifi cut on 01/02/2024 so my service was inactive till 28/02/2024. Now I have been debited twice on 27/02/2024 and 01/03/2024.i called in to the contact Centre and they refusing to refund me my one debit. Insisting that my router was in use in the month of February. 😡. Please guys do not get rain wifi.

Discovery ****
Discovery Bank is a *** bank, they were quick to call me to open an account but when I call in to request a document I get given the run around and they make me hold on for over 5 minutes on each call. I will be closing my Account with them and would advise anyone who likes good service to stay away from Discovery Bank.

Waste of Money
Debonairs are a rip off, I ordered a cramped Decker that cost me around R270 +- from Debonairs Bluff in Durban and when I got the pizza it was a mess, there was mostly cheese and less toppings. The pizza looked like it was not in the oven long enough so was still a bit raw. For a Pizza that is so expensive it was a pure waste of money

Rain is Rubbish
I have rain wifi and for the past 3 weeks it buffers and sometimes has no network.. And this will happen everyday it really is becoming annoying

Very bad
Brittania is a hotel that has very bad service, the people who run the restaurant have bad attitudes and by the time u get your food it's cold.. When you order online they say your food will take up to 45minutes but my food took 2hours..
