Poor service from Rentokil
Diagnosed wrong treatment because they no longer treat what was the actual problem in my house. I have never been so disappointed with Rentokil, after paying lots of money, the problem became worse. I will still elaborate on this matter, just waiting for their response after I complained.

National Lottery ****
I uploaded my proof of address on the app.. two weeks ago. Up to today my account is blocked because they have not sorted it. The phone number they gave for query it's for Unilever. I can't withdraw my money. Please find out for me what is going on. These people are not serious, I can't use my money on the app because of their neglect.

POOR CUSTOMER CARE. Wrongly billed.
So disappointed with this company. Poor customer service. First you talk to a robot and takes another hour to get to consultant. Logged a call from 12:50 till 14:48 no help. Very disappointed with them. I think I'll have to leave them seriously.

Bonitas medical fund
I am on Bonitas medical fund. I am booked to remove cataract and they want me to pay a co-payment of R7420.00. Why yet I am paying R3999.00 monthly for the medical aid. I find it not fair. Please expose them. I and my friends decided to cancel membership if they carry on like this. Who has cash of R14840 because they charge for each eye. Very disappointed with this medical aid.

POOR SERVICE VUMA FIBRE
Poor service - UNHAPPY & UPSET CLIENT I have no internet for the whole month yet paid for it. Even installing was a mission. No response even when complaining, they take their time and still no help. The ppl who came to install were very scary,didn't look professional, no identification, even the cannot branded which was suspicious. I am very disappointed with Vuma. Hellopeter please help me how can I escalate this problem and where?
