Worst service and lake of reasoning, I purchased 2 items a washing machine and a tumble dryer, were as they offer free delivery, unfortunately they say on discounted items they do not deliver, but my question was we can't have 2 items purchased at the same store delivered separate it doesn't make sense, the manager ( Noosa Moosatjie) was called to be asked if both items cannot be delivered she bluntly refused instead of addressing us and tell us why it is not allowed she kept on telling us the have also not assisted. Why advertise a free delivery if it doesn't apply to all big items and the is not where bored that saolys free delivery were it is written there are excluded items.worse I was there yesterday and did ask if delivery includes items on special they agreed today am told maybe she did not hear me well. I had to pay R400 for transport whereas you advertise free delivery.
Worst Horrible Service Ever, my grandmother downgraded from compact to family in May which they downgraded,but they decided to upgrade again,I have been calling them almost twice a week since From the 9th of may till now, they keep closing the dstv and open for a few days and close again with the promise that they are going to waive the money till today they have not waived it and we had to pay an extra R200 since we were exhausted from calling them twice a week and be promised lies if it wasn't for my 79 year old grandmother I would cancel all the services.
Has the best help from the lady who assisted me.
Been with them for four years and they always approve claims soon. Also love that when your premium goes up you can negotiate and they review.

I got a bad service from hyundai bedfordview, I took my car for a clutch change last week Wednesday, got it back on Friday afternoon , on drove it but the main issue I had came back, called them on Friday was told I can only bring it on Monday as they have taken cars to work on for the day. Monday I get there explain what the issue is, their technician test the car comes back saying he doesn't feel anything wrong, I tell him but I told u it doesn't happen all the time, he says if there's a problem it might be my style of driving I damaged the car, I asked how it's not even 7days they fixed it n already I damaged it? While I wait for him to retest drive n check for the problem, I called hyundai bryaston n explain the problem, they said I need to bring it to be check but might be a clutch cable, so I go to them and ask did u change the clutch cable the guy at Bedfordview says he could have seen it it can't be the clutch cable, so I asked to be taken home so I get my laptop so I can go to work, they took me, when I come back he says they have adjusted the clutch cable, I asked why didn't they change it he says coz it plus minus 50% okay. I left but now my hand brake is so hard, I have pains on my arm from using strength to pull it n I really don't want to go back to them as they will mk me feel like am stupid like they did. I wish to take it to bryaston as I usually dealt with them till I moved this side but I don't think it's fair as they didn't do the warranty claim or the job. Now it's a waste of my time and petrol having to go to them. I work on the road I don't have time nor can afford not to have my car as am in sales seeing clients they already wasted 3 days were u sat n could not work.

I requested a month to month with Vox, their agent Khensabi would call even at night, I explained to her I can only be able to load documents late as I am mostly on the road, she said I can just send to her she will load, which I did, a week passed and the was no delivery, I followed up with her she said it should be done soon then I decided to email Vox when I viewed my documents they were not mine, ID n statement were not mine which means someone has my documents, so I requested the cancel which they acknowledged the cancelation but still I was debited, been calling with no luck the agent has blocked me on WhatsApp.
I would like to write a review about Prime Meridian Direct. I appreciate their small claims services, I have had my windscreen damaged ywise in 3 months n they really helped me quickly with no back n fourth.
