Don't even deserve the 1 star ,I sent a complaint about eWallet on the 16th which gave me an error message that I must download an FNB app or request a new pin but could not withdraw with a new pin still., They tried to contact me on Friday the 19 but couldn't get hold of me as I was in class and on Saturday as well.I sent an email again on the 24th with the ref if my 1st complaint and there was no response. I checked my inbox only to find out that my query was closed on the 20th.How do you close something you haven't solved. It's not the 1st time having a problem with eWallet and they always take their time to assist and it's inconveniencing and having to call them it's irritating. In who's experience must we call FNB.

On the 8th Oct 2021 i returned a cellphone which had a fault and was told it will take 4 weeks to fix it.I went to fetched it on the 28th and I found out that it still had the same problem. Though it was given back to me claiming it's fixed. On their slip it states they will fix the phone and if not they will replace it. Mind you this is a business phone and my business is suffering because of their misleading and incompetence. No calls received from them at all even a reply on my 1st review with them.
I would like to applaud Tymebank on their system , I opened a business account on line and I needed to use and do an online payment where I buy my stock they don't take cash and in order to start using my account I have to get a bank card and change my number so that I can get otp notification. To cut the story short I went to PnP early before 9 o'clock and Tymebank employees haven't started working as yet but I went to thier kiost typed in my ID number then thumb verification , change my phone number issued myself a bank card which has my business account name and I felt so proud and happy , thank you Tymebank for such an user friendly system.
The eWallet department, they don't even deserve 1 star, I was sent an ewallet on Saturday and I couldn't access it as it stated it's been blocked I must call an an 087 number which I called on Tuesday and was promised that it will be resolved within 48hrs . Today about 11:15 I received an sms not a call like I made means to call them and ended running out of airtime when I called them. The sms states it has been unblocked , guess what when I did *130*277# because I don't have airtime , The balance is 00 there's no money in the ewallet. Now I must try and get airtime to call them again it's uncalled for there's no customer service at all , there's no caring at all. This is what they sent after I called them yesterday but what they promised never happen "FNB Query ref 4287730NFQ been sent to Retail Queries 0875779918. A consultant will contact you within 24-48 business hours.
I bought a Mobi cellphone on the way 18th of August 2021 in Pepcell Centurion Mall. From day 1 it was too slow on internet connection and the 2nd simcard slot is not working and i let it sly and recently more than once it doesn't recognize that it has both simcards at all i have to reboot it from time to time and today I went back to Pepcell and I was told it's going to take 4 full weeks before I get it back. I'm a small business owner, I run my business using my cellphone how am I going to make money if I don't have my phone. If that's thier SLA it's pathetic thier turn around time needs to change. I am the receiving end customer and I signed the sale documents in May and I have been waiting since for the payment and I only get feedback when I call or send an email. I enquired early this week wanting to speak to someone higher than Jabu who is the lady assisting me and I was promised to get a call and an email feedback but that never happened and it doesn't justify the fact that I am still waiting for payment. I hav3 never receives such incompetent service from any industry.
I would have given them more than a 1 star because they always stick to their fare prices as the prices don't go up because if the strike and when the buses were given permission to operate during lockdown period they sticked to social distance rules by letting people sit one by one on their sits unlike APM which was crowded when I had to go for a funeral in Eastern Cape during level 4, but this time I had a bad experience when I arrived in Pretoria station and my luggage was soaked in urine from the toilet , the luggage compartment underneath the toilet was so wet that both my bags were wet I had to wash everything that was in the bag including the bag I sent them an email six days ago and I have not received any response from them. I know it was not on purpose but at least a call or an email would have been better than just silent.
Since we submitted our family land claim in 2016 we have been sent from piller to post with proper assistance. I have been communicating with Nomgqibelo till last year September, also Sakhi Gaje who always refer me back to Nomgqibelo. I went to the offices early this year and didn't get assistance and I was there again in August and was given Mandisi Jekwa's email address and I have sent him an email but he never replied.
