purchase a server case, The product arrived in order, quick as well. I returned it a day or two later by post after receiving no answer to phone calls and emails. Returned the item in accordance with their returns policy on the website. Over 2 weeks later, i have not been contacted, refunded and they still do not answer the phone or respond to emails. I wont be dealing with this entity again and would not recommend using them.
Never received Goods, One year on now. Cannot process a refund through the system. Cannot contact anyone to help. Don't recommend Wish.
Failed to live up the the verbal agreement of fixing faults under warranty which leaves me to define this dealership as Fraudulent. Save your time and money and buy elsewhere! I would rather deal with a private seller than Liebenberg Auto. If for some reason you deal with them, get everything in writing, get copies before you leave, get paper copy of roadworthy before you make a deal & get a better price and fix defects from that discount as Liebenberg Auto will not fix them correctly. Remember the dealer in my case Wesley does not give a **** beyond your wallet. As soon as he has an agreement you don't exist anymore.
Stay clear of this service provider! I took them up on a promotional offer for a move card machine. 13 month on i am still being charged above and beyond our contract agreement.
Good follow up, when a customer service representative said she would follow up on a matter she did so and contacted me back when the issue was resolved.
Failed to fix a leak on toilet cistern after 3 attempts and 2 separate invoices for the same job. Does not correctly quote on work when on site. Workers proceed with work without discussing cost. The company employs a debt management company as muscle to handle duress in payment of the un-agreed upon amount. Shady business practice.
Not a recommended service provider, charges quite high for simple jobs. Biggest complaint is completely failed to fix an electrical fault that presented after his repairs on a different electrical fault on my vehicle. Took it to a dedicated auto electrician and was diagnosed in 5 minutes. Morne had the vehicle for 15 hours over 3-4 separate occasions but was not able to solve the problem. Will not use this organisation again.
Terrible Food, Tried them twice! First meal was bland and tasteless. The second meal was un-edible I threw the food away. Would not even give it to the dog. It may be cheap or cost-effective cuisine but it is truly a waste of the food resources and money.
It has come to my attention that since November 2017 all pdf statements I download through your online banking portal regarding my FNB business account are locked and un-editable. This has resulted in me having to use third-party online services that require me to upload the documents to their server for processing and can then be re-downloaded. This will mean that on their server lies copies of my business banking statements now! All because FNB' rated "the best online banking in South Africa" is causing the unnecessary security breach that this feature is causing.
I have not been with miway for long and for some reason the address was listed as one I had not lived at since long before i moved to miway. I had updated my address once over the phone and once on the website and it was confirmed as a new lower premium was calculated based on my move to a secure complex from street parking. I then moved again some months later and i discovered the above address issue. After a call back with a miway representative, she updated my policy again and even lower policy premium came into effect. The miway representative was able to credit my account for the past month premium deduction from my account. However who knows for how long i have been paying more than i have to. In conclusion, their website has some issues but i like the fact they stand up to their customer feedback on Hello Peter.
