As a valued and concerned Checkers shopper it was brought to my attention by Pet Science store at Lenz Quarter that the store in question was instructed to remove all their ostrich products for dogs. As a dog ***** my wife and i were thrilled when Pet Science opened their doors last year November and to our amazement they had stock of ostrich products as our dog only eats ostrich treats. We were too happy to be shopping at Pet Science however this year we keep going every week to the store hoping to get ostrich treats for him but to no avail. This is extremely disappointing as the manager of the store says that they were instructed to remove all their ostrich products for dogs.
SARS sends me correspondence nearly every day saying i owe them money. This i find very strange that i am unemployed for the past 3 years. How can an employed citizen pay them money when i payed my taxes for over 20 years? This is a big joke SARS!
I went into Standard Bank branch at Signet Terrace in Lenasia for a replacement ATM debit card today 09 December 2025. The teller who assisted me no name badge on so I don't know her name assisted me whilst continuously talking to her colleague never even have the decency to advise me that the debit card costs R160. Standard Bank never have the decency to advise me their client about the charge of a debit card. Where has customer service gone to even if it exists in Standard Bank nowadays? I called the call centre later in the evening only to have the consultant named Valencia to tell me that I was charged correctly and if I want to dispute the charge I must go into the branch. Wow Standard Bank this type of service is extremely pathetic and unacceptable to us clients.
Extremely poor communication from the company as I asked my parcel to be sent to Signet Terrace in Lenasia at the Pudo Locker outside Clicks.They sent me a pin number which was invalid and when I called them I was very rudely cut off by one of their women consultants.They are extremely *********** to deal with.
Last year i went to Huawei repair centre in Melrose Arch to have my smartphone repaired. A consultant by the name of Justin told me that they had a backlog of repairs and he took my details down so that he would call me and notify me as to when i could bring in my smartphone to be repaired but to my surprise a month went by and no feedback fro him. I had to call the the call centre to follow up. Very unprofessional don't you think? This year i called the call centre again as my smartphone still needs to be repaired only to find out that the Melrose Arch repair centre has closed it's doors. To be honest i am not surprised at all as they offer no customer service at all. I then called the Sandton City repair centre and the consultant there says that my smartphone will taje 7-14 days to be repaired and on top of that they don't even have the repair replacement parts for my smartphone. Very convenient i must say! I then called the Randburg repair centre and spoke to the consultant named Melissa who also took down my contact details and said that she will get me prices and call me back and guess what? No feedback once again. I called today 03/01/2024 and spoke to another consultant named GC who also could not assist me as when i asked her about the preferential screen replacement fir my Huawei smartphone she never had the slightest idea of what i was asking but Huawei has this option on their website offered to clients. She then put me on hold to ask the technicians but to my surprise they also had no idea of what i was asking about. There we again have a lack of *********** staff dealing and servicing clients who as a matter of fact pays their salaries. The consultants also thumb sucked the prices of the spare replacement parts and also dont have stock available. Now we as customers certainly can not drive 30-40 km only to turned away that's why i called in first to check with the store. It's really really frustrating to get the run around from Huawei repair centres mainly the Sandton and Randburg ones. In closing Huawei is an excellent product but their customer service is pathetic and the worst ever!
Worst service ever received by Huawei repair centre in Melrose Arch. Went there in March to have my phone repaired. The consultant took my details and gave me a quote and promised to call me which he never did. Worst part is they don't even have a contact number and one has to call the customer care centre.
Total Energies Newtown Branch still waiting feedback from them for over a month. I sent numerous emails but no response as my complaint fell to deaf ears. Total Energies your company needs to send all your staff on a customer service course as your company has rude and arrogant staff working for Total Energies
Went to fill petrol at Total Energies in Newton Jhb. Both the manager William and attendant Siya were extremely rude and arrogant. They have no customer experience on how to speak and deal with clients.They forget it is us clients that pay their salaries. They should be replaced with immediate effect as they don't deserve to be at a job that deals with clients.
Went in to Huawei store in Melrose Arch to have my device repaired and the technician named Justin assisted me and took my details to call mw back so that i could bring in my device to have it repaired as they had a backlog at the time. Till today 3 weeks later i am still waiting for Justin to call me back. I called the Huawei call centre 3 times already and still await a response from Huawei. This is the worst pathetic service ever received by a company like Huawei and clearly they dont value their clients that are using their brand.
Visited the school where we met the Principal, vice prinpcipal and an imbicile named Tshepiso. We were not even greeted by them and they are so called educators. This is the readon why students these days don't respect fir their teachers simply because teachers like Glenvista high school dont have respect and are very rude
