The Branch Manager at FNB Sandton Mr Jerry Gert 071 9744314 and Senior Manager Robert - Someone 067 0347012 are demanding Bribe Money to exchange Foreign Currency for my Sister Liz Chapman. They started wanting R500 and then another R1000, and another R1000 etc. It has now running up to R4500. Please get this matter resolved as it is happening at multiple FNB branches.

Great Restaurant for Valentines Day

Makro - Too big to care - Atrocious Service and rip-off
I purchased a product Online on 26 September for R3286,57 and had to pay R57 delivery fee. Major competitor delivery is free. The order was finally delivered on 12 October - 16 Days Major competitor delivers much faster. My order was logged returned due to being incorrect product on 14 October Finally collected on 24 October Major competitor usually collect next day I was promised a refund on 24 October - Still nothing received after 16 days. I complained and received a response saying I would be refunded R3003 but still not received despite being told I would log this complaint. Clearly too big to care. - They have been sitting on my money for 43 days and then still have the audacity to deduct R280 from what I paid. An apology and Gift Voucher for that amount would be in order I think.

Claim handling is atrocious.
I am trying to get a claim sorted out with Naked Insurance but finding it extremely frustrating. It would be great to be able to deal with 1 person - by phone not a host of emails. They do have my number to phone me - I cannot recommend their Insurance cover if this is how they deal with claims.

Safari Guesthouse - Vryburg is a ****house
The room I was provided was atrocious - clearly a badly converted servants quarters, badly laid out and finished and nothing like what is advertised. There are way better guesthouses in the are for same / similar price, and for a bit extra you can get a way superior guesthouse. Buyer beware - first look elsewhere.

Really bad service from ebay - just a rip-off platform.
I purchase an Item on ebay which was not delivered. I was supposed to get a full refund with no success to date. Their communication and correspondence sucks. Order number: 20-07572-71980 Seller ID: maxcatchoutdoor Quantity: 1 Request ID: 5280945374 Request opened: Oct 27, 2021 I would really appreciate it if I could get a response from them. I think I should stick to Amazon from now on.

Pathetic service from Quantas
My flight to Australia ins 2020 had to be cancelled due to Conrona Virus. I was promised a credit for the fares but it has gone missing. Try contact they Quantas Call Centre - ridiculous - I have waited over an hour with no-one taking the call.
