Morning Im Onthatile Ntlhane from Tshwane University Technology, i missed a letter or letters while typing my security code, my problem is I can't login so that i would be able to use my Ezaka portal. It's almost three months now trying to get hold of Ezaka staff members to help me. Their system it's so useless you can't even recover or do another security code when you forgot your password. While they were at TUT i went to them several times with the same problem and they kept promising to send OTP number which they never did till today. I don't know how many times have i send them a WhatsApp telling me they will get back to me, while sending those WhatsApp they told me to a picture holding my Identity document and i did till today. My mom connected me with Ezaka landline which i hold for about 30 minutes then the call get dropped. Intellimali was way better than this *******. I think NSFAS should think again, cos im suffering right now, it's hard for me to go to school. I don't know how many people i owe money so that i can be able to, get to school
Hi i have tried several times to call matrix, as i want to downgrade my package and with no luck i will hold for the next available consulted for more than 3 hours and i will end up dropping the call because i can't hold that long and the guy who installed my car device told to try them in the morning, i will hold for more than three hours irrespective of what time i called. I turned to the guy who installed my car tracking system, he told me to email them which i did and i was given a case number ( Your Case Number Logged 11812455) and told that i will be able to downgrade after the 10 October 2022. After that date I've send them another email stating that I want to downgrade, as usual I was given a case number and they never attended to my query. All they care about is deducting money to our account and not what the customer wants. I'm happy with their service at all.
I need my child to register with them, however they are not transparent as their fees are not on displayed online. And my child called them and the lady who assisted her to my child to pay R600. R300 is for application and the other R300 is for registration and its state on their email that the other R300 is refundable if my child has matric certificate. However due to their expensive fees, I could not afford them and decided to register my child elsewhere. Now I need my R300 they are taking me from Pilar to post since March 2022.
Just been to Hoerskool Silverton and I'm ****ed off as I was trying to negotiate R3500 which is their registration fee, in order for my son to attend classes as from tomorrow, as his been admitted at their school, they told me to keep my son at home until month end, when I'll be having the money. The worst I tried to make an arrangement to pay the R3500 month end their not interest, I tried to tell them that my son has a right to education they are not even interested.
Vodacom is misleading us with their Vouchers, just been to The Legendary barber Kolonade to redeem the voucher I have won from Vodacom to my surprise the voucher didn't go through and The Legendary Barber said there was nothing they can do. I'm not happy at all

I have been trying to book a date for my license renewal with no luck since January 2021 till date, funny enough agencies at traffic department they always have date which cost R400.
