Their reception ignored us when we took our dog in for a problem. We sat there no greeted us or even tried to speak to us. RUDE and unfirendly service.
Office staff was extremely friendly and helpful, ZM was abo****ly brilliant. Driver (C) was onetime and friendly and kept confirming times with me, , delivery staff was extremely fast and friendly. Quote was very good as well. highly recommend Keymoves.
I went to Bradacres today to get my BP script. The lady could then not find my latest script. The pharmacist (KM) lady is known to me, and she said there is no script. I have proof on my bank that I got my script there. I took my Dr's note in myself. So they did NOT even offer me an emergency supply. SAD day for doing business with Clicks.
I tried to go and sell a car today at the Dome, I registered the car on their system, and I waited for 25 minutes before I got a call from a buyer. They were hanging around on their phones. The sales managers ignored me when I went to their desk to ask to speak to the branch manager. What a **** show. I called their head office and the call was terminated by the agent, I was driving and could not immediately give her the reference number. The Branch manager is protected like a demi god.
I had a debit order taken from my business account without my knowledge or authorization. I have called the ***** line on multiple occasions with NO resolution. I had tried business banking, complaints, and other areas of FNB with ZERO, assistance. I have tried my business banker with Zero response, I tried my Regional Business banker for assistance with NO resolution. This account is 10 years old, but it is gone. **** service.
We received a call from our Estate security just after 8 today, an hour later we sat and waited for the driver to appear, we understand that they might had other deliveries, but an hour later and nothing. Please understand, because he called us first with security, we are responsible for his behavior and or any other transgression, speeding etc. We subsequently called TCG and then only received a call from the driver, saying he does not know where our address is, put it in Google maps. We could not wait anymore, and we went on the run we where supposed to go on an hour earlier, then we got attacked by a dog on the run and that could have been catostrophic to us. The behavior of TCG drivers is not an good image and then on top of that, there is NO management available to speak to, why ? is the The Courier Guy management aware of this kind of behaviour and and just do not want to except resoponsiblity of that. SAD SAD
Stay away from Rain, their support is worth nothing and their esculation team does not exist, been strugling for days with NO resolve of our issues and nothing has been done to resolve the tower issues. They addmitted to have overcrowded the tower. How is that possible without upgrading to tower. Useless.
I bought a brand new Bennet Read 7kg washing machine from Makro Riverside last October. It started to shake so much that the concrete block around the drum started to break up in pieces. A week ago I contacted Bennet Read support and Makro, but so far NOT even a phone call from any person or technician.
I wrote a review on the 15 July 2024, and so far nothing has happened, NO one has contacted me or suggested anything to me even the business banker has gone quiet after sending me a VIP invite to collect my cards, NOT a word. The x account has gone silent, why would that be FNB? Because you do not keep your client's information safe!
I had an ******* login into our business account about a week ago at about 16H00. Since I was sitting with my wife, we knew it was not one of us. I called *****, they stopped the accounts. I went into the branch, changed to a new card, and received horrible service, unfriendly, not supporting me at all, just going through the motions. I had to change my password and username. When I received the new debit card, I went in again and changed my password and username. I made it very difficult. that was Friday last week. When I opened my computer today there was another attempt to log in. That means that my NEW password and username had been compromised. AGAIN. By who? FNB is the only people that have access to that information. We do not log into any website or share that information with anybody NOT even our accountant. I send her the information via email. A lady called me today, and this is the shocking part, She said it was logging by a 3 rd party, She could not say who? she then insisted that it was me logging in to websites or sharing my password information. IS she crazy in today's world? When I told her my wife has that information she tried to accuse my wife of doing so. When I told her that we are an IT company and that we are aware of security risks etc, she then said if my wife is not and signatory she is not allowed to have that information. Please do not tell me how to run my company. What is FNB hiding that they have to go down so low and accuse people of being stupid and not aware of the risks around them? I have 2 law degrees, and my wife has a B com Fin and Risk, we work in a high-risk environment, and yet FNB thinks that we are oblivious to any form of risk. The mere fact that they are trying to divert attention from themself, is the real concern here. I DID NOT give that username and password information to anybody, but could FNB say the same? It is a known fact that there are ******* staff in SA. I am still waiting for my Credit card and petrol card as well, FNB support structure called on Friday and hung up, called again to tell me when THEY CAN deliver the cards to the branch, it is now acceptable to me I needed that faster, I have a business to run. And on top of that, I will be working away from Wednesday for 2 weeks. I need the cards to buy stock, and do my travel on my Petro card. NOW I have to transfer money out of my business account because I DONT FEEL SAFE. When I arrived at my office later, I received an email from FNB, that said I must change my username and password again, ran a anti virus scan etc. I just changed it, and my only worry here I do NOT trust FNB with my information. This person just does not listen, our systems are protected with all of the correct security protection, and PS we use Apple products. Shame FNB, instead of supporting us to resolve any issues, blame the client for being stupid or ********. That is a perfect way to handle the situation.
