An absolute ill-conceived (and possibly *****ulent) attempt at garnering more sales into the end of the year: Black Friday Electronic Mystery Deal - Xbox S, Apple, Garmin, Marshall, Beats, Hisense and much MORE!! × 1 Premium The company has very little to no regard for their customers, (not) ensuring fair and transparent treatment. It is disheartening that you disrespect and devalue your customers, you show no respect, dignity or appreciation to your most valuable asset. You have seemingly cheated your customers in the interest of making a quick buck to the tune of +- R250000. The sales promo for the voucher is a horrible marketing gimmick. In the interest of doing good, you need to refund all your customers who bought the vouchers, as the vouchers are sub-par and of nothing less than a disgusting money grab from Hyperli with excessively inferior and sub-par quality cheap products being offered in return.
I would like to write a review about OnePlan Insurance, especially Kopano Makgeledise who was super-efficient, super-helpful and all-in-all, OnePlan is highly recommended.
A super-efficient premium device online retailer! Need an Apple device, don't bother going to iStore, these guys are muuuuch better and provides quality, exceptional customer service. Would recommend them anytime.
Order placed in mid Dec 2023. Got email confirmation to collect at PickUp point in Menlyn. Product was not there. Since then, called the customer care line probs seven times, but still no product delivered to me or the PickUp point. Game has my money, which now amounts to theft, as my product was not delivered.
It is difficult to write a brief write-up on our experience with AH. But let it be known, as a family of 6 individuals, we have had fabulous service from you, AH. You were there when we needed you and for that, I thank you! It was a partnership of 8, maybe 10 years! Thank you very much for a great service and experience dealing with you. For reasons not to be written up here, we have moved across to a medical aid scheme now, hence my AH membership is cancelled as of end of 2023. My wife and I feel a sense of gratitude having dealt with you for a decade, yet sadness leaving the AH 'family'. Keep up the good work, and keep your messaging clear, as to what you are, and what not. As you are VERY good at dealing what you are:: a medical insurance product and a good one. digital-Love from this fam, to yours :)
The wheels are really coming off with Takealot. I got a return and replace decline because of a reason: "Decline Reason: Warranty expired 22-11-2023" (read the date again) They shipped the incorrect item to me (a much smaller item than what I ordered and paid for) and they are bluntly refusing to replace the incorrect item with the correct one - stating various reasons, including no stock being available yet their website clearly states stock of the item I purchased is still available. The trust-relationship has been broken by Takelot.
Refreshing online service, purchasing experience and very quick delivery. GREAT products!
Purchased a very large item. Was promptly delivered, but a much smaller derivative of said item. Logged a return and replace ticket on the 22nd of Nov, and that is where it went much too quiet. Still waiting action on this a week later.
