I really regret joining Nedbank as a bank , I pay for a banker fee monthly to get better interest rates on items that I want to purchase, but Nedbank makes it difficult to attain finance on purpose. I’ve been with them for 10 years and the service just keeps getting worse by the day , my banker also is not accessible, I always have to call her to ask about updates otherwise she also keeps quiet , I’m really tired and am closing all my accounts from Nedbank
I purchased my second Vehicle a Mazda CX-5 through CMH Mazda Hatfield . Thank to Jeffrey Baloi for his service, However I am nnot happy because I traded in a Mazda CX# that was full of fuel that I had filled in and all i got was 10Km Fuel in the new vehicle , This is not good service because when I purchased the CX 3 , it was full of fuel. Im not happy with this at all

I bought 2 Davanti tyres last year in December and no one explained to me that I had to register the warranty of the tyres and now my left front tyre has a leak and they say they cant do anything about it , that sucks because i always take my car to tyremart for wheel alignment and balancing
I’m really disappointed, I’ve lodged the same complaint 5 times and still now , my query hasn’t been resolved , last time it was escalated and still now it hasn’t been sorted , this is really disappointing, I’m really gonna consider another insurer
There was an advert that if you drive less than 250km a month you get a discount of 25%, I didn’t drive my car for the whole of December but I didn’t get any premium discount from Discovery

I have complained twice on your social media, still waiting for an agent to call me. Do you guys ever read our complaints. Please assist me , I have been double charged on my account , I bought one unlimited wifi SIM card not 2 cards , so how could you guys charge me R479 twice. Please refund me the one R479 , which is the SIM card that isn’t active on my account, if you guys debit my account again then I’ll have to reverse it
