Poor customer service and very Unprofessional service .I went for a wash and blow dry but my hair looked better when I walked in then what it looked like when I left.Will defenitly not recommend this branch in Kenilworth .
Hi i got a coupon for a free shampoo and blowdry from Partners hair design after purchasing a flatirion . I chose to use the coupon at Freedom hairdresser in Kenilworth which is also part of the Partners hair design.What a waist of my time .the service at Freedom hairdresser Kenilworth was so un professional and cold.I think my hair looked better when i walked in there then when i left there.My hair was done by a young girl who i could clearly see was still a student and could not even hold the brush properly when she did my hair .i was very dissatisfied with the out come of my hair and will clearly not use the free coupons of Partners hair again.I think the service was poor because it was a free coupon and not a cash paying client.but the point i want to make is that you must give everyone a good expirience ,cause maybe next time that customer with the free coupon might become a regular client if treated well.
I just want to express my dissapoiment with Busy corner online butcher. i ordered 2to 3 whole lambs in December and the quality was fine .lean fat and cut perfectly .In January i ordered another whole lamb and was very disappointed .The meat was very fatty and cut very thin.From the quality and quantityi could see this must have been a very thin small lamb and i paid R1800 for it.i just felt it was a waste of my money. I think Fruit and veg Roeland Street is the worst branch of all the other branches They often sell food that is out dated. I bought chicken strips there to fry for the evening and when I opened the packet the chicken was stinky already. Don't they check expiry dates or smell when stuff is off already? Chicken is a product that can give you food poison when it is off. No man upgrade your standard seriously. Often some of my other colleagues that also buys there complain about products that is off already.
I received such poor pethetic service from Fnb. I made an enquiry regarding my account a week ago via email nobody even bothered to respond or even call. Iam very disappointed in the service I get from this bank and would not recommend there service to anyone.
I would like to share my bad experience wth this company. I had a leak on my garage roof and I got hold of this company on Bark. I was garunteed by Antoni the job was done well and I should not have a problem again wth leaking. To be honest I thought everything was fine until it rained again. Now I found that my garage roof is still leaking and not only on one place but I found more then one place leaking after they worked on my roof. This is very disappointing because I contacted Antoni two weeks ago but he still has not responded. It is because of companies like these ones other good companies struggle to get jobs because people are not confident in these companies anymore. Very disappointing I will definitely Not make use of their service again.

I'm very disappointed in the misleading advertising of Sleepmasters. I saw the Birthday special online. They advertised a qeeun duvet inner for R219 marked down from R299. When I got to the store at Westgate mall Mitchell's plain to purchase one they told it shows R299 on there system. So I questioned the sales person but he could not answer why it shows two different prices. Please do not ad something as marked down just to get customers to come to your store. I think this is very misleading.
I have never made a loan or use any service of this company but the send demand letters of R1400. Please stop this scamming and shut.
I would like to share my bad customer service at The Fix Vangate mall.The shop was basically empty but i was left standing waiting to be served for almost an hour .only to find out later when i was eventually seen too, to come the next day.While i was waiting to be served the lady behind the counter was busy cashing up this was at 6pm but the shop is supose to close at 7pm.She left me standing at the counter and took her bag and left.Vangate mall really needs to get customer service training otherwise they will loose clients because of there poor attitude towards customers. Very dissatisfied with there service.
