This rental company doesn't even deserve 1 star. My husband and I signed a lease agreement with this company and paid forward all monies required as per the agreement and deposits due. We vacated the unit and proceeded with the exit inspection, which came back clear. Once an exit inspection is done, all deposits and monies due to be returned gets processed and reimbursed to the tenant. Not with this company. It's been well over 6 months ago that we vacated the unit and the sorry excuse of a rental company. They keep telling us that the previous CEO left with all the money and they can't help us right now. Many people will call this *******. What does the previous CEO have to do with the monies tenants have paid into the companies bank account? So that would easily say that NEW TENANTS that sign with them WILL most Definitely lose their deposits and be told the same story because where are their monies going to. If not to pay back people who rightfully should be paid back THEIR own money. I advise people not to sign with them. It's a shame that we had to take a loan to pay for the new rental place we had to get. I feel ****** and hurt. South Africa is not the same. Businesses like this get away with too much. Please be aware and take our advice or not. It's up to you.
It's actually disgusting the way these men spoke to us. My husband and I went to the JHB South branch where we reserved a vehicle to purchase it early in the morning. The nest minute when we wanted to pay for it they said that it was bought already by someone else. When we wanted to look at this so called payment because as far as it goes, this place has a policy which stipulates that once a vehicle is placed on reserve then it can not be sold until it's let go off. Apparently it was sold earlier this morning and we cannot not buy it. We demanded proof of purchase that proves that it was sold before we reserved it because how can the vehicle be reserved for purchase by us when it was already bought. They refused. They came up with more stories. The one guy kept showing us proof on his phone, like that meant anything. Proof on his phone that says that there is a sale in progress. Which was me. This notification was for me. Stating that I am in the process of reserving the vehicle for purchase. What kind of a business is this. We assume that this vehicle was meant for their buddies. They have friends that make deals with them under the table and I *****ed it up. Eventually they got security to remove me because I was becoming a nuisance. I want them to be fired and an investigation must take place. This company does not need criminals like that. They are busy with dodgy things and No1 says anything. I have a right to speak and call them out for what they are doing. I am going to the media with this. I would like for the OWNERS to contact me so I can talk with them. This is going to cause problems for their business and it's not even their fault. Someone else that is not like me, will cause more of an uprising. It's not fair. I'm a customer.
This GAP COVER company is a load of ****. They marketed a service to government employees about gap cover covering themselves and family who are on their medical aid. Little did I know that MY MOTHER who is on my medical aid because she is loves with me and is dependent on me for everything was not covered. False advertising, false information upon presentation, false to the bone. I paid for a long time and will never see my hard earned cash again because of their bull****. I regret joining them. Worse service ever.
Pathetic service delivery. The people working there are uninformed and not trained properly. We have been clients of Telkom for over 10 years. We purchased a contract last year and unfortunately we had some trouble with the watch that came with the contract. The back portion of the watch fell of and the battery was not lasting. That was the only thing that was reported to them. We confirmed that that was the only problems reported and a tick sheet was done between both sides to make sure. A 2 weeks later I received an SMS from Telkom informing me that I am liable for R1200 cash. I struggled to fine out more information and finally found out that the screen was cracked. Upon which I was very shocked to discover this as I have confirmed with both the manager and staff that helped me that day, that the watch was not cracked but only having problems as stated above. I SUFFERED for days trying to find out where things went wrong. Then I realised that it is not the duty of the client to do the work of Telkom and that is unacceptable. Samsung us a **** product and should stop selling products because they too are useless when trying to get help from them. Telkom has sent me from pillar to post. I can't even get a proper email or phone number to contact someone who can help. I'm am so frustrated and disappointed in Telkom for their lack of interest in helping a veteran of them. Still it's been weeks and I haven't heard anything from them. But they are adamant about me paying. And I am still within my warranty period. I am looking to take this further by approaching the National Consumer Commission and closing that branch down and push for an investigation into the situation as I doubt I am the only one that has this problem. The staff are uninformed, not trained properly, lazy, oblivious and ignorant at best.
Telkom mobile Carnival mall is the worst place ever.... my husband queued at the branch for almost 2 hours only to find that when he got to speak to a consultant, that particular individual had no clue of what we wanted. We wanted to cancel and take another contract. This person kept going to the back to consult with someone. The people working on the counter are pathetic. I kept on explaining but she didn't understand. She couldn't check the online system, she had no clue what to do. She couldn't tell me the process. She couldn't give me info. She told me come back tomorrow. I suggest no-one go to that branch but instead go online. The walk in store are terrible. The staff is not informed or helpful. They don't deserve to render services to paying Customers.
John dorys at Galleria mall is a very clean and pleasant place. The food is excellent but I had a problem with my order. They waited brought the manager who in turn grilled me basically accusing me of lying.... my husband then went to the branch manager who said that he is sorry but the mere fact that the waiter as well as the over seeing manager accused us of lying and making us feel insignificant can never be patched up and made better...
Bad customer service and ridiculous pricing on goods bought in by public. Cash crusaders are better.... dont waste your time even walking into this place...

We recently went to Mac banana to MacNifico pizza's. To our dismay, we paid R203 for 2 medium pizza's which were dry, small, looked like cat vommit and tasted like old, expired meat. They used frozen pizza bases and blobbed a chicken mayo concoction on it in sections. They were not professional at all. The ladies that worked the counter were ill-mannered and had very bad attitudes. I would never recommend this place. They do not deserve MY well earned money. I suggest that the manager pull up his/ her socks up and give this place a major face lift as well as change up the ingredients and quality of the food. The menu is horrible and the drinks menu is very limited. NO MILKSHAKES OR FRESH JUICES.... like what the heck. No way, dont waste your time.
