This is a butcher shop, not a panel beater. This is the worst service I have ever received from a panel beater. There is just no communication from them, so don't be surprised if you take your vehicle in for repairs and don't hear from them at all, I phoned them and the lady said she would phone you back before 14:00 but never heard from her I had to phone back the following day. I spoke to the workshop manager and he said he would phone me back at 9:00 I called him at 14:30 to find out what was going on, horrific service. I took my vehicle in for repairs after a car hit my car in the front right, the insurance told me 8 to 10 working days. I only received my car on day number 13 and guess what, the check engine light was on, their excuse was that it was on when I brought the vehicle in now I have to take my car to Toyota and see what the problem could be and the also broke the bracket on the cards bonnet prop.
I actually don't like you but just wanted to say that you have a great Store Supervisor at Harvest place in Kempton Park. Akshay Harrisunker thank you for helping me and trying your best to assist me after I don't know how many emails and calls and no service from MTN at least you assisted me and understood my concern regarding the matter at hand. As for MTN you guys are the biggest load of thieves and and skelms ever. Tsek man
How do I start this conversation. I phone on the 17th of aughust 2022 to cancel my contract the cancelation advisor did not tell me that you this works on a full 30 day notice period so the your contract will end on the 10th of september and we will charge you the full amount for september. How is this not theft so you are charging me a full amount for a 3rd of the use. So I phone to get some clarity on this and spoke to a manager with the name of Riley and them I explained to him that if I was infromed that this is a 30 day notice I and I will be billed for the month none the less I would have cancelled my contract on the 1st that just makes sense. This is the worst service that I have ever recieved when Riley said he will put me trough to the complaints department and then put the phone down. Leaving me to phone again and try and sort out this theft of a cancelled contract and stealing my money.
I just want to Say FNB you have an awesome Employee and she is a keeper. Sandra Adeboye that works at your Greenstone branch is the best person I have encountered in a bank ever friendly and so informative that I am glad to say that switching to FNB was a breeze with her and she knows whats going on with FNB.

Poor to no service if you want to cancel you account there is no guidance on the supersonic website ( and this is an ISP), they dont even have it as a support on the whatsapp service. Just if you phone they always experience high call volumes!
Just the worst service ever !!!! just have to warn the people out there !!! Empty promises is what they will give you! When you buy a car cash , before making any transfers make sure the vehicle is exactly what you want with all the smash and grab and extras added to the car before you pay these guys.Otherwise they will just take you for a really good joyride and you will have to wait at lease a month before your car has all the extras you agreed on.
Where to begin !? If I could I would give zero stars ! Useless !!!! That's what comes to mind when you talk about customer service! There is just none ! Except for the ****** annoying automatic response system that states " Ticket #905415: Complaint Hello Grant, Thanks for making contact! Your request (#905415) has been received and and we'll get back to you as soon as possible. Kindly note that we are experiencing high volumes and that our response time will take longer than usual." I first sent an email on the 19th of June after a wrong product was delivered to my house. 11 days later no response what so ever!! So if you really want **** service then buy something from these guys ! One last thing there is no phone number to call these guys, so no one cares they received your money and they don't care if you get the right stuff, wrong stuff , someone else's stuff !!! NO RESPONSE IN 11 DAYS .I really want them to call me , ill give them something to worry about.
This is the worst ford I have ever been to , they have super **** customer service and probably the worst mechanics in the world. So here is my situation. I took my Ford Ranger 2.2 there as it wouldn’t start , seems that there was a recall two months ago for glow plugs . They had to take the whole engine apart! I didn’t receive a curtesy vehicle for the 5 days they had my vehicle. Then I got it back and it was leaking oil, so I took it back and said this is unacceptable you took the engine apart and now the vehicle is leaking oil. Then they took the vehicle in and said this was old oil that was spilled when they opened the engine. I had to phone the service manager Andre Muller to get a curtesy vehicle for the time they had my vehicle it was not offered to me. So they had the vehicle for the second time now and they had it for two days this time I received the vehicle back the Wednesday after handing it in the Monday. Now the vehicle is still leaking oil and I don’t want to take it back, but I have no choice as they did the work and created the oil leak. So I just spoke to the service manager and he said that he would like to see the vehicle as he cannot understand why or how come the vehicle is still leaking oil . But it wasn’t supposed to be leaking oil in the first place as Action Ford Roodepoort mechanic worked on the vehicle and stuffed up the job. Now I have to take the vehicle back again this is the worst service I have ever had in my whole life they are just pathetic all the manager can say is that he is sorry and that he will have a look at the problem, just fix the problem useless!!!!!!!!! I would definitely not recommend this service to anyone at all please stay away as they will most probably brake your vehicle instead of fixing it!!!!!!!
