Am so disappointed with a service we got from mtn birch acres mall in Tembisa My mother wanted to replace her SIM card , Grace assisted her, she told us that their machine for rica is broken so they won't be able to assist , ok cool that I understand we asked can we go and buy and come back so that she can assist her for SIM swap because she won't be able to do it alone as she is a elderly person she refuse literally refused she told Mom that is self service she won't be able to assist her . When I ask her but she won't be able to do it atleast if you can assist she reply by saying no she won't be able to assist as that is self service!!!!!!!! What is happening at Mtn , is Mtn hired the staff that refuse service to the customers ?? If she can't be assisted at Mtn where should she go or should we change network because of a rude ,not helpful staff from mtn birch acres who refuse to assist , she even asked ist contract or prepaid meaning the only people who deserve assistance is people who have contract not prepaid Am really disappointed not only for Mtn birch acres but Mtn as a whole , as grace working for Mtn she represents Mtn with a nasty attitude Surely she wants contract clients for sales , not interested on the prepaid customer Mtn can you please educate you employee to treat customers good especially those who work in locations like birch acres because they seem to neglect their duties
I took my car to greenstone cream car wash for a wash ,but was not clean at all they haven't wash my mirrors , carpets were dirty. I went back to them to complain about this instead the manager was arrogant and not willing to correct what I was complaining about , I just paid them for free When I took my car to car wash am expecting my car to be clean ,what he told me is that the full wash they dnt wash carpets and mirror 😲 what was the reason for an individual to take car to car wash especially if is a full wash as they portray it Am so disappointed and I will never ever take my car to that car wash and this shows that cream car wash they deceive their customer and arrogant
I went to birch actress mall spar to get some few stuff, when I get to a till the customer that was Infront of me went back to take something she forgot the cashier that is helping is saying to this customer go I will wait for you ,mind you that am waiting for assistance so I asked since you are saying you will wait for her can't you help me coz am rushing or void the sale so that you can help as we waiting for assistance and you told that customer with confidence that you will wait for her as she went and to shopping while we are waiting here ? The most annoying and disrespected response she said " she is coming 😞" with a sad face and chat with her colleague on the other side as am waiting Spar birch actress can you plz when hiring staff teach them customer services is important because that cashier is representing you as a brand , her rudeness and not acknowledged other customer who's is waiting for service that is totally wrong atleast if she acknowledged me and the other customer on the qué by saying can I PLEASE wait for her she is just grabbing something quickly I would have understand that is acknowledging someone not saying go I will wait for you because you want a break of not doing anything while the qué is pilling up , she is not taking us serious she is rude and arrogant The name of the cashier is Ramakgapola Maite she is horrible , bad service she has anger face Spar birch actress you need to hire people who will represent spar image well and brand not people who will undermine us !!!!
What a bad service I got from the lady who was assisting me at mayibuye shopping centre in Tembisa the lady name is Nomonde I had to pay my my account andd I told the m that I lost my card they put me on the call centre where my card was cancelled then I requested for a new card I had my driver's licence with me , I told them that i lost my id . When they were suppose to issue me with a card they told me that they won't be able to issue me a card because I dnt have the id with and I explained my self to them regarding the id , the was no security questions that they asked me to make sure if they not sure coz I got an SMS as the other lady asked me about the SMS , the manager was called he ddnt even give me a chance or advice to say anything he told me that I won't be assisted and said if I dnt want to listen to him they will put me on the phone Am so disappointed with the mayibuye staff including the manager who is not willing to assist customers but shut them out , I dnt know maybe that how they have been trained coz even the lady Nomonde was giving me the attitude for me to pay she, I asked her about replacement card fee she said she doesn't know and she is slow does not know the fees that arckeman charges their customers like really what kind of response is that
Bad service I ever seen at pick n pay birch acres the starf is not helpful they don't control their que since I was at the shop @15:30 now is 17:09 they are slow there is no sense of agency. I understand it's month end but they need to prepare them self with such packed store others they are standing Can the managers and directors intervene we can't be standing in the ques for two hours without them recognising and sorting out the ques
I am not happy with the service I got , I went to standard bank mall of africa to replace a card that was expired in February when I got there I was assisted by consultant I told her that I need a new card because my card has expired she said where is the card I told the lady that I left it at home and she said I will be charged card replacement because I dnt have an physical expired card with me so that she won't charge the fee how can I be charged a replacement fee when my card is expired ? I ddnt loose my card it got expired they should pick it up on their system than charging me when I told the lady I will come back with a card that was expired she said she won't be able to reverse the charge am so disappointed with the service you give to your customers can a service champion awrvixe department of standard bank phone me please I want the fee that o was charged reversed their system is clever enough to see expiry date of cards that they issue to their customers than bringing physical card, I also said to the lady please show me how to use tap with my phone we went to my card settings it was appearing there but couldn't show a tap to connect when paying with a rap to go worse of it all she said I should upgrade my account to charge acc that means more charges just to enable my phone to tap and go
The bad servuce i received in tembisa plza railway it seems as if they dont know what they are doing, i bought tv at railway tembisa plaza and is under guarantee it happened that the tv doesnt play anymore we went to the shop 2 repirt the matter they told me that the tv will go to repairs that was june 2020, i went to the shop beginning if july 2 check how far are they they told me is still in repairs, i went back again beginning of august what they told me 2 different stories tjat dont make sense tjey said my tv was damage because of water in my house the is no lickage and tjey also chang and say eletricity berned my tv i asked them how ciz the is eletricity protector. I feel like am not taken serious at railway tembisa, they dont take my issue serious they keep on postponing everytime when i go tje 2 check on my tv, the dont do followups to let me know how far the repairs its been three months with out my tv yet am expectwd to pay full installmentcan their service department get hold if me railway furnishers tembisa doesnt have a sense of agency to its customers
I went to ekurhuleni municipality at p****long paypoint in Tembisa to complain about my water blast pipe, I was given a Ref no and told that they will come to fix the pipe after 24 hrs, 24 hrs has passed still my water is running and I will be charged for the waste of water that I reported, I feel that as a resident of ekurhuleni am not taken serious about my complain because I was promised that in 24 hrs time their officials will come and fix the pipe, what kind of service deliver are they giving us as resident I went there even today but nothing I was helped with, can this complain be taken serious water service department as you are saying it on ur slogan batho Pele let be people first I want this to be resolved, I went to the counsel nothing was done
I went to Ekurhuleni offices in lethabong in tembisa to request the outstanding amount for my account as we have been paying but the rates keep on going high so I went there for explanation on what is going on and also requested the account number and reference so that I will link the account number then pay online, on the statement the was only the account number that am using to pay when am at Ekurhuleni offices , and the explanation on my account. there was a lady who was at counter 2 the response I got from her was devastating I wasn't expecting that answer, she told me that the statement is clear don't I know accounting? she didn't have name tac she answer customer as if she is talking to her kinds please deal with this employee accordingly she is tarnishing the reputation of Ekurhuleni people are scared to asked questions because of the rude response they getting from Ekurhuleni employees this happened at Lethabong in Tembisa when you ask a questions they telling you to go to tsakane offices they don't know anything that's their response am asking myself why? Ekurhuleni is employing people who doesn't know anything what are they doing into those offices if they unable to answer queries instead they sending them pillar to post
