Extremely Poor Service from Pick n Pay via Mr D
I had one of the worst customer service experiences today with my Pick n Pay order through Mr Delivery. I waited nearly four hours for my order, only to have it cancelled without any proper communication or explanation. Delays can happen and things go wrong, and I understand that. But what truly matters is how those delays are managed. In this case, the situation was handled very poorly. There was no transparency, no updates, and no accountability. This experience has left me extremely disappointed and frustrated. I’ve lost trust in both Pick n Pay and Mr D, and I will not be using their services again. Loyal customers deserve better.

No refunds
Computer Emporium does not honor their refund policy, they accepted the screen back but are ignoring all follow-up emails. No refund paid since January 2024

Late Mother's Day delivery!!
I paid extra to ensure that my Mother's Day delivery arrived on time from Johannesburg to Cape Town. The package was not delivered on time and will not arrive until after Mother's Day. What a colossal letdown!!! Ram has never communicated with me about the problem. I assumed I chose a reputable courier to assure timely arrival. Not at all recommended!

VERY BAD SERVICE!!!
Very bad service - no canopy ready on fitment date after being told that if we pay extra, the canopy will be ready in 6 weeks. Big promises - absolutely no delivery. Got a refund only when my husband went into the owner's office and told him to do the refund while he is in the office. Not recommended at all.

Be prepared - if you are unhappy with your product... you will NOT get a refund!!!
If you are unhappy with a purchase - please note that you will NOT get a refund!!!They will simply claim that the product is used and can not be returned or credited. Your review on the Yuppiechef website will also only be approved and published if it is a positive review. I do most of my shopping online and this is by far the worst experience I've ever had. Very expensive lesson!!!
