I visited this place on Saturday around 14:00 with my family. We were seated right away, even without a booking, which was a nice start and gave a good first impression. Unfortunately, things went downhill from there. When I asked the waiter for drinks (G****tizers), she brought dirty glasses. We asked her to return in about five minutes, but after waiting nearly 20 minutes, I eventually got up to speak to the waiter myself. I explained that the glasses were dirty and asked for new ones. Another waiter came over, looking visibly irritated, and handed me a glass. At that point, I decided it was best just to leave. The manager approached to ask what was wrong, but honestly, I didn’t feel like explaining the whole story again. I simply said that the service was not great and the waiters didn’t seem to care. We paid for the drinks and left without even eating, so I can’t comment on the food — but based on the service alone, it was a very disappointing experience.
I just want to take a minute to thank innovation groups warranty and service plan for my polo, I've been with them for 3 years now and they have always assisted me in my vehicles services and when something broke, the warranty always assisted me with covering majority of the costs of the repairs, that would have cost me thousands of rands.You are one of the best warranty or service plan ive ever had, thank you guys.
I tried to take out a home loan with sa home loan and wanted to build on to the property i have, i got denied a loan because the house was not finished building, but i qualify for a loan amount i was asking but im denied of it, my wife and i tried the home access loan route, got helped by Thembelani(Consultant) that only operates on mails with vague text and don't even take the time to call and explain what is happening or what's the next step, the worst consultant ive ever worked with. keep sending our contract documents back as it is incomplete and we did send the documents completed, he doesnt even send us what is wrong or call us to abbreviate the problem he is having. we must smell what is wrong.
I ordered an airfryer and when we opened the box it was damaged, it looks to me like they throwing the things around at there depot when they pack the items ,with the money you worked hard for.this is unacceptable for such a business.
Had the worse experience now with a call centre lady.i installed 2 decoders at my house, one explora and one normal HD decoder. I qualified for pvr discount since I have extra view ,she was was adamant on not providing a discount and had to wait 24 hours to 48 hours because they haven't received payment and they have to wait for there finance department, I payed them for the months pro-rata rates.this is the forth time calling them and still they are clueless what's going on. She also did not want me to speak to her manager.
Worst company ever, even ripped me off. they installed my dstv and charged me almost R3000.i would not recommend this to anyone alive .they didn't even clean up on the job.
i serviced my car at the nearest rmi service place when i made payment with my card via card machine, i had a network error , the service station manager said the payment did not complete and i must go to my bank to find out what happened,i went to the bank and have told them about this because the money isnt reflecting in either of our accounts, i was told to wait 7-14 days and someone will call me with in incident number. it is really pathetic that this couldnt be solved immediately, i still owe the service station manager.it never went off. Just give me my money back so i can pay the manager and be done with this.
In June 2020 i applied to have the 10GB LTE wireless package for the price of R99.00. Now we are in august 2020 and it look like they have increased the amount to R350.I havent even ran out off data and i can contact them cause no one answers a phone even. Please people do not take this package a you will pay more in the future for this
This insurance can't even cancel my policy,I asked them several times to do it and they kept asking me why.its my reasons and it has nothing that do with your company.
Received a good service from Josh at Capitec Tygevalley,he set my account up and explained every last detail to me on Capitec banks benefits. everything went smoothly.will review next month how card costs will be and how much Capitec bank will compare to other banks to see my final answer on the bank it self saving costs or not.
