MTN Mobile money it such a disappointment, I’ve cashed in yesterday via my bank but the money doesn’t reflect on my account though I made numeral attempts by calling them but nothing has happened. Always encountered problems with MTN but they don’t seem to be care…..

What’s wrong with MTN, you report a problem to them instead of resolving the matter and investigate they will asked you unnecessarily information that they have in their disposal. Can I please speak to someone on the top please because it seems this case will drag forever.
Why multichoice is so ************ towards me after I paid my monies, are they too big to do as they please and not account? I’ve been calling them since last week till today this matter never resolved not even one person called me to hear the side of my story….. I give up shame, we really needs to have alternatives now…..
Hello, I would like to bring on Multi choice that their business together with their call centres that is very ***********, I stayed on the phone approximately 2hrs without being helped. Just a small matter they failed to resolved it, I asked them to transfer my funds from other decorder of mine to the other one but they failed up to now.
I’m told my refunds selected for auditing and it will realise within 21days but now it been a week since that 21 working days lapsed. No any correspondences from SARS and their call centres are not in functional, so what we suppose to do now? Regards Mr K 060 464 1414
Re: 060 464 1414 This is a daylight ******* from MTN i bought 60G in one week within 4days was gone and we call their call centre is not functioning and also our airtime disappeared. If we can’t get hold of them who’s going to assist us? Regards, 060 464 1414
People in Government they don't want to work because they know no one will hold them accountable. I submitted a RESIGNATION claim two months ago and I was expecting payment within a month but till today nothing has happened because they kept on doing the same mistake over and again. When I send emails to them they don't even bothered to fix the problem but busy with empty promises. Can Hellopeter please locating someone in the management for me to talk to, cause the one I spoken too don't want to help cause they are Government themselves they don't account to anyone.
I'm very disappointed with Vodacom, how can they allow someone called them and asked them to hard locked my number without verifying. They hard locked my number by the instructions of someone I don't know, I'm sitting here I don't have my number people can't get hold of me because they tampered with my privacy and my number is not a contract for that matter. I've been using this number for more than 20yrs. I called them they promised me to sort out this matter untill today, why that person who was helping that caller not take to account? This is clearly a criminal act while Vodacom talked about protection of the individual privacy. Regards,
It right to be. Inconvenience by your bank, FNB they are lazy to work even to resolve a matter that can take up to 15mins to resolve but for them took more then 3days. I did a purchase on one of the Marchant who's also bank with FNB suddenly I decided to cancel the purchase now the problem start when ask my refund and FNB who suppose send back the money they delay while we both using the same bank me and the Marchant. So I decided to come here complaining about the service maybe they will listen to me. I want my money pls....
