Biddulphs Pinetown is a disgrace. If it weren't for the driver, I would give 1 star. Chipped my R5000 Desert Pot that is a solid heavy item. No apologies and no care given. Terrible attitude from one of the delivery staff.
Fransiena van Wyk in Strand. Be careful of ordering Avroy Shlaine goods as she has a cashflow problem and loans money from clients. The first time I ordered I paid via the Avroy Shlaine App linked to her Profile. Goods are ordered and not delivered. With the excuse of out of stock or late deliveries. I think it is a scenario of 'Robbing Peter to pay Paul ..'. Ie taking cash from another client when order arrives and then informing the original client the goods haven't arrived etc..
Postnet need to seriously reconsider using Aramax. No communication and delivery.
So far not a good experience using Exclusive Books Online Orders ... this may go down to 1 Star 🌟... No reply from their online contact at 0800 332 550. Haven't received the order and store (Brooklyn the only helpful store - gave ETA 4 days ago) can't give accurate details or follow up with Courier....
Warning ⚠️ on using the R99 Monthly Delivery fee. DO NOT DO IT. Difficult to cancel on the App. I have moved where there is NO Checkers Hyper and the R99 has gone off my account which they will not Refund.

Extremely bad attitude from front office reception at Mpila Camp Imfolozi, Hilltop Camp Hluhluwe and Mantuma Camp Mkuze. I was told today that I couldn't settle my bill until check in at 14h00 while they stand around doing nothing - is this Normal?? And with a Rhino Card the daily charges have gone up and will no longer be accepted at Isimangaliso Wetlands St Lucia from April 2024.. The roads (except for Mkuze) and communal bathrooms 🚻 are in a terrible state, the shower and bath hardly any water... they are more interested in collecting community levies than maintaining the reserves..
I have NEVER had such an awful experience with Carla from Jacana Properties in St Lucia, KZN. Besides bad mouthing other Real Estate companies, she gave false promises of cheaper accommodation. I moved, and immediately was informed by Carla, that I had to vacate the presmises the same day of my move because it was up for Auction! She then referred me to another property with the same high rental that I had left, but larger, the first week, the second property had a burst Geyser and I was told to shower outside where another tenant was .. to date, Carla has not responded to my communication on the problems of the 2nd property.
Reservations under quoted and with sending the said gentleman my proof of deposit, he made no effort to contact me. On arrival at Mpila Camp in Umfolozi, Janet the elderly reception was abrupt and very rude. (They need to be taught in hospitality how to deal with the public). # She contacted Hilltop in Hluhluwe, and when I arrived to check in just before 14h00, the 2 younger receptionists were not at all accommodating and made me wait to hand over the keys - at the same time, handing other guests their keys ... I pick up an attitude of ****** towards White South Africans and have the distinct impression that Europeans are favored for the higher tips given. If it is all about the money and not the interest in people or their jobs, this is a problem and will surely not bear well for the future and the organization as a whole.
