The managers Sylvia and Cynthia at Eastgate. Mall were extremely rude. Waited for over an hour because they gave my order to someone else then refused to refund me my money. To make it worse the chicken tasted horrible. Definitely not worth the time or the money
Thembeka Mngomezulu provided exceptional service. She went out of her way to ensure that I was able to get a policy review. I appreciate her help and the overall service from Iwyze. I have referred my wife and countless friends and relatives because of the exceptional service
The drivers do not confirm date and time, they just show up at your house and expect you to be permanently there and then when they do confirm the delivery they just don’t show up. What a terrible experience. I would cancel the delivery if I could. Skynet sucks
I went in for a minor dent at the automatic in Steeldale. The panelbeater caused additional dents on the vehicle and replaced the panel incorrectly. They tried to fix it but made it worse. Might as take your car to the streets than automagic steeldale
Alberton City House and Home has the worst customer experience. They sold us a tv, we paid in full. When trying to leave the store with our tv we were told that the tv had already been sold to another customer. They refused to give us our money back and told us we would have to wait for them to receive more stock
The cashier at KFC grayston drive debited my account twice for the same transaction and this is not the first time. The manager, Thenjiwe, at the store was very unhelpful and said I should bring a bank statement so that they can return my money. Now I am forced to go around looking for statements just so I can get money back. Definitely the last time I will be spending my money there
