- On Friday 30 June I attempted the chat to us - nobody ever responded. I even tried phoning before 16:00 no answer eventually hung up at 16h52 - On Saturday attempted again - still nothing - On Monday again still no feedback - Completed the contact us - keep getting an error I have tried phoning 4Home - this is my 11th phone call I am currently waiting for an agent to assist - no answer - I keep staying on hold for over 45minutes at a time and I keep ending up with the main menu - nobody ever answers. On Thursday 29 June 2023 I saw the Skyworth 65" UHD Android TV 65SUD9300F was going for R8770 on 30 June at 17:04 on Google it still showed as R8770 (I have a time stamped picture as proof) I would please like a quotation or something as the price is now higher and still no feedback... What must one do to receive feedback from this company
Good day, I am urgently looking for an EMAIL ADDRESS of someone that can assist me with a billing issue of a guest that checked out on the 17th of October 2022. Egencia South Africa's one travel agent tried contact your hotel and mannaged to get an email address that does not work. I have tried your website, Marriott International website that takes me back to the hotels website, messenger and TripAdvisor - without any luck! On Monday 17 October at 21h52 (South African time) I was sent a message via messenger asking for my email address so that the appropriate person can contact me - it's been nearly 24 hours and I am still waiting. If someone can please assist no later than the 22nd of October 2022. Good day I would like to dispute and DEMAND a refund!!! On the 1st of December there was 3 deposits made into my account. 1 was an IMMEDIATE PAYMENT of R500 from Capitec (there was an additional fee paid for it to be IMMEDIATE) 1 was a GEOPAYMENT FROM FNB TO FNB 1 was a beneficiary payment from FNB to FNB so it should reflect IMMEDIATELY! FNB makes their money by STEALING money in the form of bank charges!! Last night I spoke to one of the representatives on the secure chat and I clearly stated that there is money in my account and I insisted that I will not pay unnecessary bank charges for FNB not being able to process IMMEDIATE PAYMENTS! This is unacceptable and I will not suffer the embarrassment 2 months in a row because FNB wants to steal hard earned money by playing this game. Fix your mess!!!!!
Vodacom had me pay for 2 transactions of data, the money was deducted from my account and I did not receive it. As a person using common sense if you pay for a service and it does not get delivered it is called theft. in other words i can open a case of theft against vodacom at SAPS? I have been requesting for one whole month that they send all communication regarding my contract to me (as i am the primary account holder) yet they still send it to additional lines, as a Vodacom consumer what can I do to be respected and be taken serious?
Even after cancellation 4 months later my account still gets debited, they don't respond to emails, satisfaction surveys NOTHING!!!! Think twice about joining, unless you like wasting money!!!!
I have been a multichoice customer since August 2014, and in my life I have never received such bad service like today. Today (24 May 2019) at 09h41 I phoned in (as advised by Micaela Davids in the below mentioned mail) to find out what is going on with my account as my services have been suspended, I spoke to a lady named Nosipho that could not assist me as she can see that there is already two escalations done on my account regarding a promotion I opted for. So I asked whether my services can be reconnected or how can I get it reconnected, but she cannot assist as it’s a different department, so I asked her will I be able to watch television this weekend and she cant tell me as I need to wait for a call. Please check when these issues were raised but still nobody has phoned or messaged me, my account has been suspended from DSTV’s side, I need to pay for the coming month tomorrow, but I will not be paying a reconnection fee nor will I pay for service DSTV cant provide. And I will sure as hell not pay for the DSTV Compact package that was part of a promotion! Nosipho was not willing to assist me, yet she was over eager to assist me with cancelling my contract. This is truly unacceptable customer service! Almost as bad as the previous promotion I received, but I was not eligible for it, why send mails if I can't make use of your promotions…
I have been selling Sh'zen since last year, last month I received my parcel... And I've got three issues: Issue no 1: There's one item missing Phyto Day Cream SPF30 - was never sent (yet its on the invoice) How do I go about getting this product? Issue no 2: My one client purchased the G****fruit & Birch body wash and this is the message she sent me:" The G****fruit & Birch body wash really smells awful. I bought 2 last month, one for my son and one for my daughter. My daughter (22) has not yet used hers, my son (18) used his once. They simply told me Mommy it smells like used car engine oil and won’t use it. I smelled it, it really has a pungent odour. It is not pleasant." What can I do in this case? As I smelled it and it is truly an "unique" smell, an acquired smell.... Issue no 3: Super Fat Burner - I bought a bottle for my own personal use, and then one of the ladies in my office wanted to buy it as she was going on leave and could not wait for the new stock, I personally threw the products out in an open container to count how many was left... Does it get checked before you bottle them, cause I found one half filled vegicap and an empty vegicap lid. I contacted Sh'zen was told to email the webstore I did so on the 2nd of August and I'm still waiting for feedback. Seeing that it's 1 hour shy of being exactly 11 days since I've sent the mail and I'm still waiting for feedback I did a follow up, last week with my team leader and this morning again. But still zero interest in resolving the above issues.
