I cancelled my wifi 24 month contract more than 3 times in August 2020, in writing. I now I get a summons via email for the outstanding balance. A gent called me in September 2020, I have forgot the name, to say it was all sorted out and now this. Account no. NA099859/7
Dear All As a pensioner and home owner, it is with sheer frustration that I write this email about the utter lack of respect for one’s property and the “shabby” workmanship of your team in the Vaal. It has been 2 weeks of mess and disgrace in and around my property, eventually on Tuesday 15 December, I managed to talk to Que and Koos who promised the fix the mess left by the labourers in the first place. I was promised new grass, new paving bricks and a total clean up outside my garden fence otherwise the “labourers would not be paid”. Inspection would take place once completed, which was also done carried out. Please can you contact me on 016 981 1719 / 072 991 1 And to top it all off, I now have a water leak!!!!!!!! I have pictures of proof and can't find an email address on their site.
My father needs clarification on a test he needs from oncology department as he has colon cancer a few years ago and is not feeling well. But no calling or emailing discovery seems to help. You just get no response or get cut off .
My mother is now out of her usual chronic medication for emphasima and has a new script but wants to know what is covered and what is not as she is a pensioner . But phone calls and numerous emails is no use to discovery
I emailed Vodacom end of August, 3 times in fact, to cancel my WiFi contract end of September. But asat 2 October this has not been done, as I still have data on my WiFi. I have sent an email again today..when will they get it right.
Trying to contact them via email or telephone for my pensioners folks but to no avail. No one answers mails or telephones. My Mom has a chronic condition and needs to find out I'd new meds have okayed. Even her GP cannot get through. Can someone please help.
After being retrenched in June and applyung online in July. I am still waiting for an answer from UIF Dept with regards to my payment. Can't stand in line all day to get help, can't get help online, can't get help via email. What is a person supposed to do.
The Vaal Mall Branch closed until further notice as my Mother, Pensioner at 74, has been trying to get answers as to money deducted from her account in June at an ATM. She has the slip to say the ATM couldn't provide her with the R1000, yet it has been deducted from her account. Tried calling the help line but hang on forever. I know the country is in crisis due to the pandemic, but does that mean customer service goes out the window. Hoping someone from the bank can contact me.
On behalf of my father, who is a pensioner and does not have wifi at home anymore, I would like to mention that he has been trying since 2016 to cancel his MTN subscription for his wifi but to no avail. He cannot get through to the call centre, as he is sent from pillar to post; when he enters a store he is told to contact the Customer Care line, and to top it all he was even given the number for the SA Customer Complaints Board Vaal. So come on MTN, can someone contact him regarding this. You will even see his account has not been used in the last year, yet the money is deducted from his account every month. And then he has to physically go into the bank and get it reversed.
I have been trying for simce 8 Aug to get my phone back on , as it has been barred. Apparently my payment couldnt be found as I had used a ref. no. that glocell gave me, as of August Cell C now own Glocell. After 7 days I got an email to say amount has now been allocated but account still in arrears as of 16 Aug. I have been with Glocell for over 2 years and have never had my phone barred due to arrears payment. Why now? I asked for an inv or statement on 16 Aug to prove arrears, I am still waiting and phone us still barred..Service from online and customer care is pathetic. 24 to 48hours response time!!!! Try a week to 10 days.
