Why would a good brand like Nedpresso use a shocking courier co many like Courierit to make there deliveries. Courier it just don’t bother delivering good on time or at all!!! Nespresso they are ruining g your reputation!!!
Worst courier company ever !!! Their drivers sit with packages and take numerous days before the make a delivery while sitting on a beach somewhere!!!! Useless service and delivery . Nespresso should cancel their contract with them
No communication between staff. I purchased an advance voucher for a special via timeshare, & La vita then closed its store , and refused & between the timeshare company & the spa they refused giving me a refund even though they closed their store down!
Unreliable and unprofessional. I spent over R20 000 on training which didn't work.
Take a lot used to be a fantastic company. Now their deliveries are unreliable and constantly delayed. How can they keep extending and changing delivery dates long after they’ve received their payments! They have become a real disappointment.
Don’t ever rent commercial property from Broll. They are unethical, rude and dismissive of their tenants. If you have a choice ALWAYS use another agency and do not take offices in any building managed by Broll. They debit you increased & incorrect amounts and they rip you off.
On Saturday evening at 5:15pm I went to the virgin active point in Green Point. I went straight to the locker room to put my bag filled with personal items in to lock away and keep safe as I use the gym. While doing so, There were 2-3 men next to me at the back of the locker room doing their own thing, they were wearing virgin active uniform and were behaving very unprofessionally (being loud,rowdy etc) I was immediately suspicious and concerned as they than started to get changed out of the Virgin Active uniform into normal clothing, It was confusing. They could see what I was doing too (putting stuff in my bag and putting it in the locker etc). I locked my bag with all my items in it with a lock that requires a code to open it. As I left the locker room to go to the gym I had a funny feeling that something wasn't right, However, I ignored that and went to do my workout. After finishing my workout about an hour later, I walked into the locker room to collect my stuff and leave only to see that my lock had disappeared off the face of the Earth and my locker door was half open. I sprinted to my locker and my bag was zipped open. My car Keys, Garage remote control and all the cash in my wallet was stolen. I then sprinted out of the gym to go see if my car was still in the parking lot and luckily so, It was. Side note: While all of this was happening another man's Iphone 12 was stolen in the locker room at the same time this happened to me. After I saw my car was in the parking lot, I entered the gym and told the staff what happened, they were very concerned but not entirely helpful. I feel as though they were not prepared to deal with a situation like this. They called the manager (Anthea) Who was concerned and showed care about the situation. However, when I asked to review camera footage so I could identify the men that did this, I was denied. To me that doesn't make any sense. Theft occurred in this gym, potentially by its own employees and I was not allowed to investigate. While all of this was happening I felt extremely vulnerable and unsafe being on the property as there was only one security guard present on the whole premises. If the three men wanted to come back and take my car It would have been me and the security guard vs them and it would have been an ugly and unsafe situation. To me it is very clear that theft in this gym should not happen especially in the locker room. Virgin Active is perceived as a premium and safe gym, however I beg to differ after my experience. I call upon whoever views this email to take this extremely seriously as my car could've got stolen and I could have been assaulted on the Virgin Active Property. Going to the gym is supposed to be a safe place, a fun place, a place to get away from the real world. I am very disappointed and upset with what happened and i'm evaluating whether to carry on using this gym or not. The Solution is clear to me. While there are no cameras allowed into the locker room, There should be a security guard in the locker room at all times. There should be 2 security guards at the entrance of the gym and one security guard in the parking lot. South Africa is not a safe place right now, and awareness of the potential of crime needs to be understood. I hope whoever is reading this, conducts a full on investigation on whether the thieves were employees of the gym or impersonators or employees. I also hope security is beefed up for this gym, as all gym goers are vulnerable especially if there is only one guard. We’ve tried to contact Virgin Active Managment in Greenpoint to get further feedback and they haven’t returned my calls.
Appalling. I placed an order online 2 weeks ago. Nothing received from them and they don’t reply to emails or answer their phones! Shocking service for a so called reputable brand.
Shocking delivery and service. 15 items missing and the call centre doesn’t answer their phones. I have tried unsuccessfully for 5 days , & called their head office unsuccessfully. Appalling poor service. I will never order online from them again.
