My dads Direct Axis account was settled Decemeber 2023 and we have an paid up letter which was forwarded to the Vertex whatsupp number, but I guess they dont know how to either read or they just like harrasing people. They have phoned my dad 6 times within an hour and my mom 4 times. As my dad put the phone down somebody else phone my mom. PLEASE GET YOUR PEOPLE TO STOP HARRASING MY PARENTS!!!!!! I have send through proof of paid up letters to the clearance department and to individual staff members. I am struggling since Monday just to get some sort of feedback. Tried to phone today and the phone is just ringing. Why do I have to struggle?? Why must one first complain before actions are taken.

You are not a 1 star review worth!!!!! Settled my acccount on the 12th after I am waiting for a call back had to use the app for settlement balance. To date FNB had not received any confirmation that the account is paid up!!! It takes me a day to have an account settled and sorted?? To quick to take funds but slow to finalize
I am struggling with account balances and settlements. I sent emails then I get different questions when I phone the call drop or they cant assist... Can somebody please make an effort to phone me back.
My account was suspended for R4. 84, which I wasnt aware off. I have made a payment directly from the MTN website. It is know nearly a week and no services. You cannot get throuhg to MTN to discuss because the phone options doesnt allow you to go to a person. CAN SOMEBODY PLEASE PLEASE PHONE US BACK OR REACTIVATE MY ACCOUNT. REF NR 2837343
I have booked a vehicle and paid my fee I had too, just to find out today that sorry mam we cannot help you because you dont have a credit or cheque account. I mean really just because i have a savings account doesnt mean that I dont have funds. This is really not fare how can you judge a person just because you dont want to make debt and are happy with only a savings account.... I REALLY FEEL THIS IS UNFAIR. 2 months ago we change the main decoder since then we are having issues. I was disconnected for a week. After all the struggle i have decided to upgrade feom combact to premium to make the lives of DSTV easier and thought that will help. AS IF..... when they got it eventually the main and extra view packages was changed. The main decoder is no longer my dads but mine. So another phone call. After spending R200 airtime no luck. One decoder is playing and the other one is off. So I made contact with a Director Simon Camerer who asked somebody else to phone me. Still they couldnt resolve my query???. The call self service said that i have to pay in an amount because my account is arrears. Paid R1000 immediately. Geuss what my account was then actually in credit with R1500 but my account is in arrears... so again i took the preassure of DSTV and got a technician and upgrade to explorer... thought my problem is resolved.... HELL NO!!!!. Every month we have to phone in round the 8th to reconnect my service.. ACCOUNT IN ARREARS!!!!!!!!! if only the I could understand. Phone in the the technicians say that the insurance is split they will combine it to one account then this will be resolved. Dont need to pay in anything because the account is in credit. SO IT HAPPENEND AGAIN THIS MONTH. SAME thing phone i same story. GEUSS WHAT AGAIN THIS MORNING 15TH OF AUGUST MY ACCOUNT IS SUSPENDED...... DO YOU REALLY KNOW WHAT THE HELL YOU ARE DOING..
