I ordered gifts for my husband for valentines day at the beginning of January. End of January I get a call stating that they were out of stock on AN item. I said it was fine, they could refund me on that item. Come valentines day..... And my husband gets no delivery. I call this pathetic company and got told that my entire order was refunded!!!!!! I was ****ing irate. It's not the first time netflorist ****ed up on my order. But it is definitely the last. Will never support them in the future. Disgusting!!!!!
The company as a whole is absolutely dismal. The number of follow ups has been **********. I hope to God I never have to use them again. However, there is 1 consultant I'd absolutely love to praise. Lavelle. When i called this morning she promised to call me back within 30 minutes. And she did. Her level of service is amazing. Seriously, this girl deserves a Raise AND a promotion. The only good thing skynet has going for them.
1 star is too high for this dreadful 'institution '. Honestly should be ****ing closed down. Was registered for a course. Been paying in monthly installments. In July, I couldn't access the course, called this hopeless institution. Went through about 5 'service consultants ' ,was told that they no longer offer the course, but I will be able to complete it as I had already started it,and a ticket was apparently logged with their ultra hopeless it department, and I would get feedback. A month passed. **** all feedback. And to top it off no communication was provided Informing that the course was canceled. I want my money back! I WANT IT BACK!
We needed assistance with our anc. We looked up many lawyers to help us, and only Roy showed such professionalism and responded to our emails so promptly. Would recommend him to anyone. He made the entire process so seamless.
1 star is too high for this pathetic company. Ordered almost 3 weeks ago. A gift for my brother and a gift for my husband. My brothers gift got delivered. Yet it was missing an item. When I called the call centre, I was told that there was no stock of of item in question. Boy was I ****ed!!!!! I lost my cool and told them that they could've at least messaged me regarding stock of the item instead of me having to call and waste my time! ****! Don't even get me started on the delivery for my husband!!!!!! It has not even been delivered! ****!!!!!!! When I called, they told me it would be delivered after 6 as companies get first preference. Netflorist just close the damn company. You knew valentines day would be busy. You have ****ing ample time to plan and coordinate. Will never use this hopeless company again.
With service from axxess, even a 1 star is too high of a rating. We have been having issues with our wifi since Tuesday the 28th of November. Every time we call, they make us do the same damn thing and then blame tt connect. They don't even bother to send a technician to resolve the issue. We pay so much for absolute pathetic service. I wouldn't recommend axxess to anyone.
1 star is way too high for the type of service TT CONNECT provides. We have been having issues with our wifi connection since Tuesday. The service provider Axxess said that the issue lies with tt connect, from Tuesday nothing has happened and our service is still so damn dismal. Its so sad that tt connect is the only line holder for the greenstone are.
I unfortunately cannot rate booking. Com anything lower than 1 star, which BTW, is too high for this service. My elderly parents were ****med in this app, and cannot get their money back!!!! Why are background checks not being done on posters?????? Is this damn app supportive of ****mers? Pathetic!
A 1 star rating is way to high for this extremely pathetic service. Since yesterday, the 2nd of June, we have had no wifi!!!! Numerous phone calls have been made with axxess stating that the fault is with tt connect and tickets were logged. I called tt connect, spoke to the most obnoxious employee there that told me I can't be calling them directly, I should contact the isp, *** did I give her a piece of my damn mind!!!!!!!! Absolutely shocking service tt connect! Wish there were other Fibre networks available, yet they are only one used in the greenstone area. Sigh. It's damn sad!
1 star is too high for this pathetic 'businesses'. I received my order on Friday. An item was missing I called immediately and notified the extremely useless 'customer service' agent who said she escalated the matter. In Wednesday I received no feedback. I called again, and again I was assisted by another extremely useless 'customer service' agent. Even though I told her I didn't receive the item, she still asked for the bar code of the item, like seriously???!!!!!!! How stupid can 1 be? So I told her did not receive the item in simple English and she asked for the bar code of the box. Like I'd keep something like a box, I'm not a damn hoarder. I'm so flipping frustrated because I'm not getting refunded!!!! Assist NOW!
