Worst courier company to date, I paid R250 for delivery to Nike to have them use the worst courier company I have ever experienced. I get daily deliveries and have never had such a poor experience. I have wasted time, airtime, and energy, and still, they can't coordinate a delivery time with me. It honestly is off-putting, and I can't even imagine ordering from Nike again if I must deal with Aramex again.
Every order I have had in the past month has been a problem. I had to escalate the other one to a manager and then things got moving but now this issue is just dragging and there is no end in sight. I bought 2 brand new laptops and they were faulty. Mecer brand. I sent the one back and they replaced it and the same day it gave problems. Then I asked that they pick up both and refund me so i can buy a different brand altogether. They pick up the one laptop and then refund me for that one. No problems on the refund, then the second one they pick up and I get a call from a rude warehouse person saying they need the login pin of the laptop. I give it to them. I then get an email saying its wrong. I explained this is pin and that I don't understand why it wouldn't work and why with the first laptop this was not requested and nor was it an issue but this time it is. No one can answer and each time I call I get told they will chat to warehouse and get back to me and NO one comes back with a resolution. Days are going by and my son needs this laptop for school but they could not care less. I asked 3 times now for a manager to call me and no one does. The amount of my time, airtime and money spent here and the service is just POOR. When there is problem they blame the supplier but TAKEALOT took mymoney. So with effect now I have paid for a inferior product, my money was taken, product returned and I must just wait around till they decide to refund me. Very good at taking my money but not when they must return it. I even bought eht replacement laptop for the first one already and paid more but clearly they don't care about customer service and keeping my money till they decide to resolve this. I will NEVER use takealot again and warn others not to either.
7 days ago I bought a laptop online from Incredible Connection. There was stock of this item and a few local branches and made the payment and was told I can track my order. I went online every day for last week. Yesterday i call them as the tracking was not moving. The call center agent tells me the order was cancelled. She cant tell me why. I paid over 9k to them and was livid that she couldn't tell me what the issue was. I insisted a manger calls me. Today Sydney the manager calls me a whole day later and says they don't have stock of the laptop. So not only did they take my money for an item they don't even have, they didn't have the courtesy of letting me know that they don't havestock. I had to call to ask and then do they admit they don't have it and tell me they processed a refund. I asked how long the refund will take, 2 to 7 days. So I must wait and be inconvenienced for their incompetence. I will NEVER use Incredible connection again. Pathetic honestly and no attempt to help. Just take it Dont buy from them Useless
Once again Vox comes up lacking on customer service. On the 6 May I called my so called account manager Prian Naidoo. Explained that I need an ONT installed in my unit as work from home and need to be able to plug the ONT and router into my inverter. This would allow me to work when there is loadshedding. He said he would call me back. All I have been told is he has sent an email to Vumatel. It is now the 16 May and no answer still as to if they can help or not. I call into the call centre today and speak to Nele and get told there is no ticket logged and he would log it with Vumatel. I ask to speak to a manager who calls me back and keeps me on the phone and still can't resolve it or answer the question. Eventually Thomas the manager tell me I must speak to Phumi the sales manager about the issue. She is in a meeting and will call me. No call received again and clearly no one at Vox cares about the service delivered. I have not had one good experience with Vox since I signed up with them. My account still says I am awaiting installation Yet I am billed on time and expected to okay but can't get and answer to a question or assistance. I am so sorry I ever signed up They tell you on the sales call you get a dedicated account manager and they charge more than other ISP's but they have great service delivery. What a lie I am ready to move service providers and the joke is I actually wanted to upgrade my line as well.
No idea what customer service is and what it means. I feel absolutely duped. Craig Thaver says he is my account manager and sold me based on Vox's customer service and support. Even claimed that's why they are more expensive and that they have true uncapped and unthrottled fibre. I had placed and order with Mweb for a cheaper cost and discount, also Mweb was ready to install in 2 days. It has now been 8 days and all I have are confusing system messages that Craig can't explain. No question gets answered and I have no clue what the issue is or when u will get installation. I explained I need fibre because I work remotely and yet this is clearly not a priority. I asked for his Team leader to call me and expressed my questions and concerns and never got a call last week. Then Craig promises me answers by Monday, just more confusing screens snippets. Craig tells me what he "thinks" it means but no clarity on when this will get done. I ask for his manager number, Daniel Naidoo, I call him today and he doesn't answer. He texts me and says he will call me by COB today... no call. In such a competitive industry service is what sets you apart and I feel like I've been duped.
I lost my car keys and called them on Tuesday afternoon. Spoke to 5 different people. Incompetent staff with empty promises. no one to date has called me back with some tangible feedback, when I do get through I have to repeat myself and I am promised a call back. Stupid questions asked, like are you married or single.... They cant tell me what is going to happen. When I asked if there is an excess I get told they don't know. My car is still standing and no one has come out. I have had to Uber to get my son to school, to work, to the shops. I have even called my broker and no joy. Wealth Capital Solutions. Charlene from Wealth Capital solutions has promised to get this resolved and still nothing. I have car hire on my policy but that apparently doesn't apply as I didn't have an accident. I sent an email complaint today and no one has even called me about it yet. Definitely the worst service I have ever received. I have spoken to a Sheree, Daphne (the worst), Smangiliso, Lizelle and Charlene. Husan from the towing company even called me but couldnt tell me anything either except that he will tow my car to my home. I asked what the point of that would be as it need a new key. I was told I must choose what I am claiming for a locksmith or lost keys, I cant claim for both. I am only covered for R500 towing, the rest is for my account. I am taking this further is something is not done and this is not resolved to my satisfaction. The costs I am incurring and inconvenience is unbelievable.
