I did a credit card application on my app, it's pending I called several times to follow up and then the line gets cut off for no reason. Today is weekend I being told they think it's a *****ulent application but can't be transferred to credit team because it's weekend . So if they really think it's a *****ulent application why have they call or email me for verification
Really not happy with the quality of the food, the food is badly prepared, the patties look burnt and old and a triple burger looks like a happy meal burger
I love the quality of their furniture and really feel at home at their showrooms
I am suppose to be receiving my salary then all of a sudden there a hold on my account, call ***** department they can assist and transfer me to recoveries but call gets cancelled. How it that there be irregular transaction when I wasing the account and waiting for my salary to come it
Second time I have a ***** complain about my unknown transaction and anything is done about
I ordered food for delivery not realizing that it's on cash and not card payment when the food was delivered I offered to send the driver the money but he didn't take it, since I was near the store I ordered the food from I went there and requested to pay for the order and I did. Few weeks later when I wanted to order again that same order was deducted from my account meaning I paid twice. Sent an email about this and still no response I'm afraid if I try to order again Il be charged again for the same order
This is becoming a habit with mtn if we don't get the MoMo we bought allocated to our numbers and nothing is done about even after we laid a complain, it's Gig of data disappearing minutes without using them and when we complain the system doesn't pick up our and we send emails that are not responded too, I think I use really change network because I not happy with service and I have been long time complaining.
Yesterday I couldn't use my available WhatsApp data, even after calling mtn 8 times. Only on the last call was my query escalated. This this the second time it has done this in this January. In December I loaded a hour MoMo they I had no service for more then even after they reset my network. I use my WhatsApp for business and now my losing my customer, if it's not slow because loadshedding it's data completely not working. What hurts the most even when it's escalated nothing is done about it, Here's my current ticket ReF no: 000003899644 but I know it is just in vein
