I bought an expensive Apple watch from Amazon, but the charger was nonresponsive. I phone amazon the firts day after receiving the item and asked if I can have the charger replaced, I was informed that I had to send back the whole item, which meant that I needed to factory-restore the item. Amazon then agreed to replace the item for me. Confirmed 20 October 2025. They then cancelled the order for replacement without explanation, only saying they could not replace it and that a refund would take up to 30 days from them receiving thee item back. This is after they confirmed that I would receive my new item Tomorrow and that they would take delivery of the old item. I spoke to Amazon twice and received different answer for each person. there is no manager and no escalation process for complaints. They do not take responsibility for their sales and or process and uless you would like to invite problems I would suggest stay well clear of Amazon South Africa. I actually will never shop with any amazon again.
I called Monsoon irrigation when my borehole was not switching on. They sent someone out and they pressed the reset button and left shortly thereafter. During this time Tshepo, the technician was on his telephone twice and also stood in front of my gates calling someone back. This is relevant because the company ended up saying that the person was here 45 min long when in actual fact they were no longer than five minutes, without any work being done. They ended up charging me for labour and for electrical work besides the call out. When I complained about the invoice, Kevin said they won’t do work at my site again. I certainly won’t want them to either. Kevin is not charging for cost or expertise, they will inflate the clients bill as they see fit for what ever reason. They also did not confirm upfront what they will charge. I don't have a problem to pay a fair bill but I have a major problem with companies that ****** their clients and then make as if it is the clients fault. Terrible company and terrible people. Never again!
Online orders are not being delivered as promised. There is also no support for customers that have complaints. The online assistance number is not answered at all. No person is available to assist.
Woolworths Dash Cresta delivered the wrong items and charged me for more expensive ones. This type of theft happens frequently with Woolworths Dash orders. I lodged a complaint on the 28th and was informed that it was escalated but nothing happened.
I cancelled my reservation in April 2022 which is 3 month ago. On the 1st of July I requested a refund and was told by Bobby Mabunda that he requires my bank statement, which I provided. It is now several weeks later and no refund has been processed. Sanparks service is terrible. I phoned reservations after sending multiple e-mails and I was transferred 3 times. Hopefully something happens now. I will rethink making use of Sanparks.
This company cannot be trusted. Serious service failures without any accountability.

FNB with Private Clients was the holder of my FNB home loan for almost 9 years. I have now given notice of cancellation. They took so long with my re-advance application that I ended up looking elsewhere. They are definitely not living up to their slogan "how can we help you?"... I found the private suite and private banker unresponsive and generally not in the business to care about the service experience or process. There is no reason for people to use a bank that does not take their business seriously.
Check the quality of every item you buy from this shop. It is your responsibility to confirm the item you buy are not damaged. These are the words of the manage Marie, after I returned damaged items three times on the same day. After stating the fact that I am unhappy with the service I was asked what is your problem.... My problem is that all the items that I purchased was damaged and I have to drive to the shop three time over and over to return broken containers. The manager Marie who did not want to stat her surname, is incompetent and the staff are useless. Most of the staff play with plastic ***** in the back of the shop without assisting the customers. I do not recommend that anyone uses this shop. The manager informed in a flippant way that I can report a complaint at Head office, which I will do.
