I sent an email to customercare@mtn.co.za on the 13th of May, got a response on the 14th to authenticate myself and I haven’t heard from anyone since. Sent a couple of emails to no avail. This is terrible as when one writes an email usually we need assistance as soon as possible. Disappointed customer!
False advertising, booked a ocean facing room only to be told when I got there that I am getting a classic room that is not ocean facing because they are fully booked after I had called twice to confirm that I was going to get an ocean facing room!!! I got a room facing the road. And I am here for the whole week. I am extremely disappointed with this place my advice if you are booking for a veiw experience please take your money elsewhere
I got hijacked on the 26th of May iwyze only towed my recovered car from the police recovery centre 7days later to auction nation. My car has been going through so called assessments from the 6th of June till Wednesday the 29th of June. Mind you this car was not stripped or anything. I was told I would have my car back by the 1st of July by both Automagic and iwyze. Today is end of business day of the 4th of July, I haven’t got a call from either iwyze or automagic Honestly I am disappointed at the service I am getting yet they stilll debt my account with out delay. Am annoyed! And I strongly do not recommend this insurance company
Am really not happy with this company, sales person and sales manager lie when it comes to delivery time in order to get you to buy then later tell you that there are no longer with them just to delay your delivery even more. I have been waiting more than 14 weeks for my couch and I haven’t got any feedback as yet. Now they do not answer my calls on their 0677686576 number Terrible terrible service, I strongly do not recommend this store at all

These are the worst agents to work with, FYI never fall for any of their free/promotions. They will advertise one thing via Telephone and never have it in writing at the end you pay for that free bee anyway!! Terrible service Terrible agents The worst ever I am not at all happy My advice never use these.
After waiting for 6 weeks without stock of my device my contract was terminated without my concern which i belive they should have contacted me then when they contact me to say they have the device a reapplication had to be done its been 7 days with out the approval now . Am extremely disappointed with this service
