I did an online order last week. I then received an SMS stating that my order is out for delivery. I called the Randburg branch to find out if they have received it and the lady said she will call back to confirm. A lady then called back and confirmed that it is there and I can come fetch it. I then arrived after requesting an Uber only to receive a different response at the shop. They first requested for my Id of which I did not have as it was not stated that it will be a requirement. Then they said the lady might have forgotten to tell me. Then they said the order is there but they cant give it to me because I have not received an SMS and I asked what was the purpose of the girl calling me back and saying I can come collect if it is something different. They then said theres nothing else they can do I must come back after that SMS even though they had the package right infront of them. With no remorse for causing the miscommunication they left me there at the till looking helpless to show they could not do anything. Even after the store closed and I was outside trying to request an Uber back home with total dissapointment they pointed at me and looked at me as though to judge me. I can already anticipate when I go back to fetch the order they will be giving me a hostile treatment, but that experience had made me never to make use of the online shopping experience
I made a payment as per the settlement letter that they had sent me but they have not updated my profile. Why are they so quick to act when you want a settlement but they cannot respond as quickly to sending you a paid up letter. They need to be sued honestly this is just a *******
Uber is a **** how do they make me pay cash for a trip then still bill my account from a card I used long ago. Now I am left with no taxi money because they are very quick to bill but cannot refund your money into your account. I swear I am going to stop using Uber I used to think it was better than bolt but honestly bolt does not have these payment queries that I keep getting from Bolt. I would rather wait for an hour for a bolt ride than wait for 2 minutes for an Uber ride where I will be billed 5 times for that trip
Worst experience on this pnp asap app. The App said 150 off for 1st time users it approved then later declined saying I'm not a first time user of which I've never used the App before. 2ndly bought nappies on special it approves took my money then later they sent me wine saying its what I ordered . How it went from nappues to wine only the App can confirm. They did not remove the items not available they are quick to take the money because I further went to purchase the nappies again with the wallet. It quickly took my money but later said no stock then charged me for delivery twice at that. Honestly would not recommend this App to anyone I would bot even share it to anyone to use. Its all just 2 **** which is about taking our money under false promos, at this present moment I have R336 gone and no nappies for my child if I knew I would have just went to the shop and bought something else bcoz this is too much of an inconvenience
I have been using the Vodacom insurance for 4 years and it is useless as I recently found out. Vodacom allowed me to upgrade only just so they can reject me claiming on my old still insured device. It's a scam as according to my knowledge I insured the device and not the Sim card, they should of told me to fix it but they were quick to suggest I upgrade it first then I'll go fix the other phone. Waste of money for all the years I did not claim I wish I knew this sooner honestly.
Ordered a meal which is advertised with cold drink and its on Uber Eats as a meal with cold drink and then it does not get delivered with it. A lady called me and then said I can only get the cold drink if I order instore but why inckude the coldrink in the order on UberEats? Whats the whole point of ordering online then if they gonna false advertise
Edgars sent me an email saying I have R12 302 thank you rewards to redeem. But when I say redeem if only shows me about R12. If they meant to say 12302 point why did they have to mislead me and addthe Rand before the points. This is very upsetting because I have been buying non stop with this card but the points never go up and when they do go up they mislead and give us false statements.
Ordered a on the double stacked and there was no meat like its so expensive we pay for it only to be dissapointed. I ordered the creamy chicken and BBQ bacon and both had literally little meat that I could count. Besides there being little meat I had ordered at 6:45 only for it to arrive just before 8 and I'm not even 5KMs from the Pizza area.
Been saving for the past 3 years and today I check my amount but its half the money they have been deducting. They said it was an educational benefit and today its written as an investment. Called their call centre and no help was on hold for over 15 minutes with no assistance. Very disappointed I want to take back all my money and find another company I trusted them but it seems like they are crooks, others please check your accounts and make sure the money adds up
I accidentally bought R250 Vodacom airtime and when I called they said I can't return it, how is it that you.cant make a return?
