Writing in connection with an estate late account that standard bank has been administering since 2011 and to date they haven't been able to wind up the account, I have had to work with 13 people to 2023 , have realized that maybe they are using this file for the new people joining to learn how/what is it to be estate officer. What huts me the most is not even the estate manager bothers to finding out what could be the hold up let alone to meet with me or do something. New estate officers will be appointed some will worse even ask you today about resolutions that took place in 2011 but they have a file will all docs stating what had happen. CAN SOMEONE ASSIST CAUSE WHAT WILL HAPPEN IF I WERE TO DIE TODAY WITH AN ESTATE THAT IS STILL HANGING LIKE THIS AFTER 13 YEARS
Have been waiting for standard bank estate administrator Lindokuhle mambo and his manager Relda Buys to give me an update from last year, it's been months they took over my late husband's estate account and I only spoke to this amateur Lindo once and as for relda I haven't spoken to her nor know her let alone speak to her as the manager Standard bank has been administering this from 2011 to date they haven't made any winding up What's the use of putting the will together if this useless executors can't do their jobs I need help
Bought a Sinotech Tv in May 2021, early Sep 2021 the tv went black (you could hear voices but cant see pictures), took it back to the shop 14 Sep 2021 because i know i still have the 6 months warranty. Upon arriving at the shop i was told the person(his name is Cannan) who normally books in tv maybe for repairs is not in and that i must come back the next day, told theme i cant come back just to stand and hear them telling that the tv needs repairs but one lady took copy of the receipts to confirm i bought the tv there and that its has the warranty and my phone numbers to call me, to date no one called from the shop, instead i'll call, some will put the phone down and not bother to call and give answers of where the tv is and the progress. On the 23th Sep 2021 called the shop AGAIN, ended up speaking to Neil (Manager/Supervisor)whom too took my details and promise to come back to me - he never did. Today 06 Oct 2021 called the shop ONCE MORE, spoke to a lady called Thembi but she ended up putting my phone down, i redialed and speaks to Neil gave him the same details as last time, WORSE thing is he lets me hold for 6mins. Now is this shop really gonna fix my tv or they are waiting for the warranty to expire because what they are doing is pathetic and unprofessional
Got traffic fine this morning at 7:55 04 Nov 2020 from Magampa V driving white VW Polo REG DD 95 JR GP saying I am obstructing traffic at Pretoria Road and Central in Kempton Park, I stopped LIKE EVERYONE does dropping off someone ( there was a white Nissan Almera in front of me some taxis behind me) as I try to drive off he puts on his blue lights to say I'm not suppose to stop there, I've asked him am I the only one he sees there doing that, he followed me as I was going to a filling station that's when he issued the fine . Am I getting this because he was questioned by a woman or maybe because I look young ? Could it be maybe I should've been submissive and keep quite as he is a man OR not question why if its SA laws under traffic act not to stop there and give everyone such fines? Kindly advise if by questioning him warrants me be fined, if it is then all taxis that stops there and the almera that was also offloading in front of me get the same fine. This officer if he is doing his job PROPERLY could issue fines to everyone stopping in that intersection ……. Regards
I went to absa northmead to set up a debit order to 25th for my car and the credit card,when the day come for debits to go off they didn't, only on the 18th and 31st I was debited and on these dates there was no money in my account and I have incurred unpaid debit charges, this was in july. The card division gave me a call I told them about this which was not resolved instead they did a manual debit. Again on the 21st of August absa tried to debit my account which the debit went unpaid, which means I will be charged for the bounced debit. Please assist as I cannot be paying for something I have an agreement with them but chooses to debit whenever, is this the banks way of making money out of us with interest
I am being charged extra, this is the 2nd month, due to multichoice failing to load a debit order despite giving them the necessary proof that I have two surnames. Kindly assist in getting them to get their house in order or they must advise if its their way of making money out of us
I have paid/settle my account on the 2nd of Aug 2018 to date Im still registered as bad debt on credit bereau and they since have not uplifted the red flag,I have my debt counsellor who forwarded the email to them but NO ONE has replied to the mail or given me an answer why the account still with credit bureau and why is still saying I owe them
