This company is useless. They were digging trenches to lay fibre in our area. They hit my water pipe on the verge. After I told them to be careful of the water pipes.this was at 5 PM in the afternoon. Therefore we had no water in our house. Our kids could not bath. The stood around try to figure out what to do as thousands of litres of water was running down the road. I had a very important business meeting at 6 pm, which I had to cancel from which I lost money. I asked them did they phone the council to come and switch the water off this was a couple of hours later. No they did not. I had to phone the council myself and get them out to sort the problem out. They arrived at 9 pm. No I have wasted my time , lost money due to not attending the business meeting and money try to eventually get hold of the council. I sent Brightlink a email on Tuesday the same day this happened in the evening. Now it is Friday and still no response from them. They are useless. Don't use them. They don't care !!!!!!!
Bought a set of false teeth. Followed the instruction to the tee. The glue came off and it does not work. Sent them a message the same day got no response. Sent another message last week. They don't bother coming back to you. What a useless product . They should be called Takealot of your money. I want my money back including the freight. They don't care.
Bought a ups power supply. It says can run your wifi for 4 hours or tv or other units. The thing does not even give power to my wifi.as its output is up to 24v and does not work on anything that is 240v. I contacted them they asked me to send them a video. Of which I did twice. They don't answer their phones. Or respond back to my messages.
A very professional company. They did a fantastic job and we're very helpful. The cost of the job was very good. I would recommend this company to anybody that needs waterproofing, or painting of your roof.
I bought a Ryobi generator from Game. After using it a couple of times it started leaking oil. I took it back to Game, they sent it in, waited weeks. The report was leaking oil cause unknown. Game replaced the generator. Now the new generator also used a couple of times and is leaking oil worse than the first generator. I only used the generator for wifi and a laptop (daytime) , 1 small side lamp and TV if it is night time. The generator is a 950w. The items I use do not even come close to that. So that is not the cause, I am gatvol of Ryobi, their products don't last long and are low quality that's why they don't last. Now the generator is even making a humming noise.
I have paid my rates and taxes bill on the 7th October. then i received a pre termination notice in the post printed on the 8th. I am on the Ekurhuleni website. where i get my statements from on the website it states payment due by the 10th October, the pre termination notice was printed on the 8th October. This is not on, I am refusing to pay the penalty fee as they are in the wrong. I have sent them a complaint on their website. Nobody has come back to me to confirm that they have reversed the fee. It's like they don't give a **** about their customers. They do just as they Please , this is the Springs municipality. Useless service from them. they should be getting a zero rating.
I joined Rain on the 23rd February 2021, Received my sim card. Card activated no Problem. on the 6th March network went down, i contacted Rain on the 7th March. ERROR said connected - No Internet, they informed me the sim card is faulty, a new sim card was sent to me, i am still having the same problem , numerous phone calls and emails 4 ref numbers , i get promised that someone will contact me but nobody does come back to me . now 15 days no internet connection , i expect a credit for the time i have had no internet. i have already cancelled with my previous service provider. Rain is not sorting out the problem all i get is ref Numbers, but no service, and they cant say it is the routers as i have 2 routers and they both work, and they can't say it is the reception as i had internet for the first week from receiving the first sim card, This is not on as i use the internet for my small business. this must be sorted out , tired of promises and excuses.
I got household insurance in December 2018. My payment was R384.23 per month, from the first installment, they deducted R560.00 per month for a couple of months then it changed to R699.00 per month , now 18 months later it is R699.00 per month. Nedbank Insurance is ripping people off, I only just picked up the payments as I was going through my bank statements. So for 18 months Nedbank has been stealing from me. Don't use Nedbank as there is no customer service, and they just do what they please and deduct whatever amount they want to. What a rip off. And I gave been a Nedbank client for more than 15 years.
On the 2nd April , all the houses in our street had no power , all the houses around us had power , I phoned the call center numerous times from 6.30 pm when the power did not come on , I was told a technician would go out and sort the problem out by 10pm until 12am I phoned another 3 times, they would check with their supervisor for updates and phone me back. No phone call received from them. The next morning power only came back on at 11am, so 24 hours no power. Then at 6.30pm on 3rd the power went off again. Numerous phone calls after which 4 calls were picked up but the person on the other end was speaking to the person next to then each time I said hello I would hear them laughing like this was a joke to them . Is this the way the ekhuleni treats their customers so disgusting then eventually I got hold of someone. And was promised a technician would go out to sort the problem out. Then still on power by the 4th numerous phone calls again . I saw the technicians by the hole they were digging for the cable 3 of them just standing around the small hole they had dug . Still no power phoned again at 10pm to be told oh sorry the contractors and technicians go home at 9.30pm I asked the guy why did they come only after 6pm oh sorry night shift did not let day shift know that there was a problem in our street, still no power , power only restored at 1pm on the 5th. So we had no power for 42 hours.this is absolutely pathetic and disgusting service from Ekhurleni .if you have people that think it's a joke working in the call center . Get people that will take their jobs seriously. And it is also disgusting that if you are on a breakdown finish your job , you have lazy idiots that work for Springs municipality. The Worsed service I have every received in my life , no trained technicians. They did not know what the hell they were doing. And promising that the problem would be sorted out. A bunch of liars as well . Gatvol of bad service. They must remember we pay their salaries and not the other way round. Only too quick to want their money and slow to provide a decent service.
