I have shared a very bad experience from this dealership and the nightmare is still continuing. From 31 Dec when the incident happend, the parts arribed at Mbombela Gardencity Mercedes and the car is only booked for next week Thursday - after my husband drove from Burgersfort to Nelspruit to go and see what is going on.
Horrific non existing service. Absolutely no communication and overall a crying shame for a Merc dealership.
Terrible service, cant order 2 items that appear on the menu and also the rice bowl is 1/4 full. I am not a happy customer.
We have been outside in a que with 6 people in front of us for an hour and I have been inside the bank for an hour and moved 2 spaces. Pathetic pathetic service. In fact, no service.

I was promised 5000 vodabucks after I wanted to terminate my contract due to bad service. I upgraded ànd added another line, but I never received my vodabucks. I spend a whole day calling but every department transfers you to the next and nobody is able to help.
Scammed us out of R23000.00 for a lounge suite. Had an exhibition in Riverside Mall and scammed hundreds of customers. They made you pay upfront and disappeared with the money and no delivery of the furnichure
Four cashier open, three chatting away for 15min without the line moving at 17.30 in the afternoon when everyone is in a hurry to get home. Shop is stuffy and hot. It feels like you want to pass out standing in the que forever with no aircon or fan moving. Extremely poor service.
