Today I visited Dr Patel at prime cure southway mall. Their sevice is tops. From the receptionist to the doctors rooms they are all very pleasant. Highly professional but still super caring. The male nurse there is brilliant. The place is immaculate. After my visit to Dr Patel I come back feeling so much better. I have been going to Dr Patel for the past 3 years. Prior to that I was always chopping and changing doctors. Thanks guys.
I have paid off my homeloan at FNB and now I have been trying to get a cancelation of my bond letter from them.It has been a absolute nightmare. I complained to their complaints department. Initially they were helpful and referred me to the relevant department. Then the circus show started again. Pls guys, I am at my wits end. Will you pls sort out my issues or do you just don't care. Seeing by your rating on Hellopetter, I am truly worried if you are even able to problem solve.
I have been with telkom for many many years but for the past year their services has really gone down. I had a problem with connectivity for over a year but they can not sort the problem. I tried to cancel my contract but they said that I would be heavily penilised. So they suggested I increase my speed and my monthly payment. So I did that. Problems still persists. Numerous fault reporting but proplem still exists. I am at my wits end.
I made a purchase on the pick n pay ASAP app. on Sunday at 3.30 p.m. Then delivery was promised in 1 hour. So I go ahead with payment. Then after an hour was told in the next hour. Then that pattern just went on until closing and then told it would be the next day. We make purchases because we need the groceries for that day. It makes it very inconvenient for your meal preps Then you can not cancel because the payment is not reversed but put into your pick n pay wallet. Checkers on the other will let you know before transaction is complete that the delivery is not possible on the day.
Never ever buying from runwaysale again. Firstly their shoe size is never right. Bought a woman's size 8 shoe ( my size is normally a 7 or 8). The 8 was too small. I paid the delivery cost of R70. Then to have it fetched, I had to pay another R70. So I paid ,R,140 in total and don't have anything to show for it Runway, where is your loyalty to your customers who buy from you without physically see an item. I have a whole lot of clothes from runwaysale That does not fit but too expensive to return. I have purchased from takealot and no problem with returns.
I ordered a WiFi router about a month ago from Telkom. A week ago I received a SMS advising me that my router was going to be delivered on that day. I should pls have my ID and utility bills on hand. I postponed my outing for that day so I would be home for the delivery. No delivery came. No following from them. Phoned them numerous times and was promised immediate delivery but still nothing. My family work from home and without a good working router it is becoming very difficult. They asked me to check with skynet courier about my delivery. Tried many times but skynet just does not answer their phones.
My daughter has a student loan with Absa. She has been trying to restructure her loan for over 2 months. She phoned the call centre on numerous occasions. They always state that it would be sorted out and she would receive confirmation by the close of day. No further feedback from them. The consultants are very friendly and convincing but no follow through.Then finally she gets email stating that everything is sorted and it has been restructured. Only to receive an SMS reverting to the original payment plan. Then she sent numerous e mails and it is just going around in circles and the problem is never sorted. As a last resort we have come to hellopeter
My daughter banks with Absa bank. She went to Spain on a study visa and i had signing power on her account. She encountered a problem with extra money being debited from her account. So i contacted the call centre. They were absolutely useless at the call centre. Then again an extra amount was debited this month. So I called the call centre again. The lady asked me to hold and tben the call was cut. I call again same story the lady asks me to hold and tbe call was cut. All in all the time i spent trying to get this query resolved took an hour and half.on the phone. In the end i just agreed to pay the requested amount still not sure why.
I have my will with Capital Legacy. I was told that for every referral I would be given R500. So I introduced 2 other people. When it came to paying me the R1000 I was given the run around. I was given every excuse in the book as to why they can not pay me. I hope that my family don't experience the same on my passing
I am a dischem health policy holder. They promise a lot but don't deliver. They have a huge list of Healthcare providers on their network but most of them do not want to work with Dischem medical insurance. I had endless problems with most of my claims being rejected. The monthly premiums are low but you get nothing in return.
