The system is useless unless you have connections! How on Earth is it in any way fair to be on the site the whole day checking every hour, for nothing to be available where you need it but the sketchy area where you're more likely to get robbed than pass a test gets almost 80 slots released in one go?? Your system has been offline for almost the whole day and when we are able to get to the booking page, there's nothing available in safe areas!
I decided to give Axxess a try and to be honest I can not complain. I signed up for a SIM only package as I already had a router and selected my package (which is a lot cheaper than our WiFi package was) After I ordered my SIM I was notified which documents were needed and that my SIM would arrive in 7-10 working days. I received it only 5 working days later. Since receiving the SIM I have no complaints. I am happy with my speed and the service is way better than our WiFi provider was (and we had a contract with them!) Thank you for the good service and affordable plans you offer! Happy customer through and through!
I don't have a problem with the fees etc but I specifically asked for my limits to be increased from R0 when I opened the account and when I tried to make a payment yesterday, I was unable to as my limits were still at R0. I can't change it myself on the app or website which means I have to go in to a branch. This is the second time I've had this problem with an account. I understand you take security measures seriously but at least let us update our limits if the branch has not done so.
Always enjoy my time here. The atmosphere is always welcoming. Waiters and service teams are always quick on their feet. The cashiers are a great help as well. Thank you. Will definitely be returning!

I have been pestered continuously by these two companies since 2016! My spouse was looking for a loan and came across loan locater SA so he did the application and suddenly they wanted him to pay. You don't pay for a loan! Shortly after Lifestyle Legal started sending letters of demand for payment due(there was nothing that warned us about any payments) and the threats haven't stopped. I have told them repeatedly that there was no communication that there are payments involved and that we refuse to pay for a company that is not honest. The emails have not stopped coming and I am truly tired of this. It has been 3 years now and they have not gotten the message. We will not pay dishonest people. End of story!
I've been called by Momentum's various departments almost non stop for two weeks. I've been offered insurance, investments, etc. My problem with this is that I didn't ask for any of these services and after each call I ask them to take me off their lists as I never gave them permission to use my information and yet I still get called! I am not employed so I have no money for your services and do not wish to receive any contact whatsoever. I myself have worked in a call center so for that reason I did not go off at the person on the other end as I know they are just doing their job but please, contact people who actually show interest in what you are offering and stop contacting random people as a sales tactic!
So we've been getting enormous bills from Telkom every second month. The most to date is R1958 for a package that costs R569. Keep in mind that every second month, we get debited for over R1000. In January we paid R1600 and something. February was the first month we paid R569 like was meant to be. March Telkom charges us R1004.09 because "we are in arrears" we reversed the debit, giving them a chance to correct their mistake. Once the money was reversed, they again took R1004. For April we received and invoice for R1562, we were debited R1591 on the 30th of April and our WiFi had been off since the 29th of April. So we called in, asking them to activate our account as payment had already been made the day before (we called on the 1st of May) and they said we needed to wait 48 working hours as the collections department had debited us, so it would only reflect in 48 working hours. Good and well. The debit had gone off just after 5am on the 30th of April and yet, when we called today (3rd of May) we waited for 30 minutes for them to sort it out. We were then told to wait 5 hours and then it would be reconnected. 7 hours later, we phone again, no WiFi which was supposed to be sorted 2 hours before. We get told to wait 5 hours, and explain that's exactly what we have been told earlier. Then we get told the WiFi would be reconnected in 24 hours. So Telkom. Here is my question. You debit us incorrectly every second month. You debit us before the sun rises but when we want what we are paying for there is a delay?? How's this for a fun fact: "Telkom CEO Sipho Maseko was paid a total package of R27.2 million for the 2018 financial year, comprising a basic salary of R8.05 million, a short-term incentive bonus of R7.58 million and a long-term incentive bonus of R11.56 million." So how about you lower the salaries for these ridiculously overpaid I dividuals and stop over billing your customers? I will not be leaving this here, and I will be taking action against Telkom directly as this is as good as fraud.
I have had it with the robbery! You have been overcharging us almost monthly and now after debiting us correctly, you still want more! If Telkom does not contact us in 24 hours, I will be taking this to court as I am sick and tired of being overcharged. Either you refund what you owe, or you do it in court. I am done with being robbed by Telkom for something that is supposed to cost R569.00 and I'm paying over R1000 almost every single month! This is not what businesses are supposed to do. I am disgusted by the service we are receiving and every time we call the agent just says "I don't know what to tell you, your account is in arrears." I am through with this!
What is going on with the TERRIBLE SERVICE???!!! Since around 15/20 October I have had NO internet connection on either of my wifi lte routers from Telkom. We pay monthly ON TIME DUE TO DEBIT ORDER and are being charged outrageous prices for wifi that does not even work! Bank statement shows Telkom debiting over R900 for routers that in total cost me R568 per month! If I do not get this issue resolved I WILL FOLLOW UP ON IT! I am tired of being overcharged or having some or other issue!!! Pathetic customer service. You can't answer your phones but are quick (actually early) to debit our bank accounts! And the invoices I receive are just as ridiculous. FIX THIS OR I WILL TAKE IT FURTHER!
