I paid my account using the vodacom app and it’s not reflecting and the money has went out of my account.
I just want to say Khudos to Tshepiso Ngwenya from FNB East Rand Mall. Great customer service.
I have been going up and down just to get my Edgars account closed I had it paid up in February already yet I’m still waiting for them to close the account. They haven’t even update it on the system as it still shows on my ClearScore app. Can I get the account closed please I’m tired of calling and getting no solutions it’s time consuming and I do not have more airtime to call for the same thing. If I do not get assistance I’m definitely going to the ombudsman this is not on
I came in today for a COVID test I got to the clinic at 8 it’s 10:30 now and I am still waiting to get the test done I’m told I’ll be attended last. So I have to spend the whole day here.

I’m extremely frustrated with the service provided by finrite firstly I lost my phone on the 8th of August only for me to get the phone on the towards the end of the month which I had to go collect the phone from their offices myself because I couldn’t wait any longer for their delivery. I then spoke to Samantha H asking for advise for canceling the insurance as I’m not happy with their service on the 1st of September at exactly 19h58 I received an email from Samantha H stating that she can cancel the insurance for me I just need to give her the go ahead on the 2nd of September I sent the response giving her the go ahead to cancel the insurance and she didn’t bother to acknowledge and tell me the it’s cancelled I sent another email on the 14th of September asking her to please let me know if it’s indeed cancelled and I still got no response now to my surprise the premium is added on my Edgars statement I refuse to pay that amount. I would never recommend such a company to anyone they quick to debit but take forever to assist. I want the insurance cancelled and the premium reversed from my account.
My MTN account was handed to Norton Lambrianos attorney’s because I had lost my job and couldn’t meet my monthly obligations. I was then told the amount I needed to pay I’ve been paying up to date but my account is not reducing at all I have proof of all transactions that I’ve made to them however the account is not moving. I really do not understand why they ripping me off. They take forever to send statements upon request I do not understand if they still thumb sucking the figures or what. I really cannot continue like this I demand valid reasons for this and I’m going to report this even further if I’m not satisfied with the outcome.
I was experiencing high monthly charges for the past few months so and when I went to the branch behind noord taxi rank I was told that I cannot close my account because of pending transactions and that I would wait at least three days I then waited for about two weeks and went to the Maponya Mall branch where I was assisted by a lady who wasn’t really helpful because she told me I had to transfer 1 which I had to do from my Capitec app as an immediate payment which costs R8 and then she further instructed me to transfer 90c which charged me another R8 only for her to say she cannot close my account but promised me that she would close it on my behalf the following and call me to update me, till this day I haven’t received any update from her. I was so frustrated with her level of incompetence. And I couldn’t even follow up because she didn’t have her name badge on. I then decided to go to the Dobsonville branch yesterday to go close the account and I had told myself that I will not leave the branch till my account is closed I was tired of the excuses I got from the consultants. I was then assisted by a gentleman who went through my transactions as I explained my reason for wanting to close my account. He thoroughly explained the reason as to why I experienced high charges and also showed me alternative ways that I could use to minimise my monthly fees. After everything I was convinced otherwise and decided to not close my account. I would like to appreciate the level of customer service provided to be by Brighten at the Dobsonville branch. Really amazing customer service!
I went to foschini westgate yesterday morning and when I got to the store I asked one of the employees about the stores return policy as the bags I bought were damaged and this lady just said she doesn’t know and asked why I didn’t check behind the slip I used to purchase the good she then gave me one of the slips laying on the counter and asked me to read the return policy. Is that how foschini works? Is that good customer service?? They do not even wear name tags. I’m highly dissatisfied by foschini for such bad service to a customer
On the 4th of March 2019 my mother and I went to west gate post office to withdraw pension money for my two grand parents who are blind and old as they are their in their 80’s and 90’s respectively. We were then assisted by a gentleman and a lady when my mother was done with the first transaction the lady said that my mother cannot withdraw with the second card as they do not allow one person per transaction my mom explained that the the perplexed she’s withdrawing for are old and cannot come to withdraw for themselves and also explained that she is always allowed withdrew for both my great grandparents so she doesn’t understand what the fuss is about the lady kept on arguing with her while allowing her to do the second transaction so she was not aware that the person she was assisting is my mother because I was seated on the benches during the whole arguing because I was queuing for someone else so my mom left me behind the que to go run her other errands the lady that was arguing with my mom then said nasty remarks about my mother saying that “waphapha o a baele molomo wa pidi pidi” I then confronted her in anger saying she cannot be throwing such remarks about someone’s mom she gave me attitude she said well she’s also someone’s mom I then kept quiet. The person I was queuing for eventually arrived and I left the store just to calm down. I came back to the store requesting for the the manager and a lady came out and said she’s the supervisor I then explained the whole situation and she then said she would like to apologize I then said I will not take the apology as she’s not the one that said all these things so I would like the lady that was rude to come and apologize to us she then went inside to go call the lady she later came back and said that the lady said she has nothing to say and that she will not come and apologize I then began to fume and asked the supervisor for the lady’s name she then said its Keneilwe but refused to give me the surname. I also asked her to call the manager she then said that Keneilwe is the manager. I then decided to call post office to lodge a complaint and I was given an email address to use and explain everything and I’m still waiting for a response. I hope something is done about such unethical behaviour
