I went into Pep Market Square in Plettenberg bay on Thursday the 6th of October to laybye clothing. So I get helped by a cashier who helped me very well until her computer was offline then she had to ask me to move to the next cashier who was very disrespectful. She had a name tag of a name SIBO written on, she definitely doesn't know anytging about customer service. The facial expression was disgusting, i dont know what was happening with her because she gave me an attitude from the word go. She did not even greet me let alone asking me what can she help me with instead she assumed that im doing a purchase instead of a laybye. After i indicated to her that I am doing a laybye she got more iiritated and sent me back to the 1st cashier that helped me and then it was explained to me that the laybye syatem is offline on every computer. I felt so disappointed and disrespected. Such horrible service at Pep that i had never experienced before.
The service i received with this company was so pathetic. I had booked a bus trip on the computicket website for the 9th of August but because of personal challenges i then had to change my trip to the 14th of August. The consultant who helped me over the phone said it is all done all i have to do was pay an additional amount of R139.00 3 hours before my trip which i did. A few hours before my trip i'm told that there is no bus for me taking my route and they can only accommodate me the following day. I told them this is nonsense they are inconveniencing me and costing me time and i need my refund so that i can organise another trip. They are now ignoring me and don't want to refund me after i had organise myself another trip which cost me more. They dismally do not want to take the blame or be accountable for what they did wrong. Had they put in place consultants who are properly trained to implement their services all of this would have been avoided . I still demand my refund from them and would never recommend their services to anyone else.
On the 1st of June my husband and i were at the Ackermans Plettenberg Bay store to open an account, they told us they needed a 3months bank statement and an identity document. We provided that and were told to wait for a call or an sms from the accounts department. On the 5th we decided to go in store again to find out the outcome of the application as we hadn't received any kind of contact, they checked the status of the application and still nothing. We went back there again on Monday the 8th of June and we were told one of thier employees at the accounts department tested positive for covid 19 so they had to close thier offices but they were going to reopen soon and would definitely five us a call or sms with regards to our application. On Monday the 15th we had still received no communication from the and decided to go back in store they told us the needed 3months payslips and we provided, again they promised us we would receive a call or an sms but another week since then has passed no sms, no call. We were told we would receive an answer within 48hours but we are still waiting. This is totally nothing close to good customer service at all, we are highly disappointed with Ackermans, the best they could do is just respond to us as promised without us having to go to thier stores eveey week. Communication is essential
I visites Mr price in Knysna today the 18 of September 2019 and was helped by a lady at the till who was so not welcoming and friendly at all. She kept on talking with her colleagues while assisting me paying absolutely zero attention to me as her customer. The service was terrible i had a few questions i wanted to ask her with regards to my purchase instead i could not as she was totally not interested in even assisting me. Mr price knysna im so disappointed!!!
On Monday noon the 24th of March i went to the drive thru of KFC Plettenberg Bay with my husband we ordered two variety boxed and we specifically asked for side breasts in them, the cashier accepted our order and we paid and went home only to find out that in one box they gave us a thigh in the other a drumstick which we did not ask for. Today is Tuesday i send my husband for the Tuesday special of 6 pieces for R65 and he was told that they do not sell the special when its close to month end so they cant help him. This kind of service sucks and is unacceptable. They always advertise one thing then they give a whole lot different thing.
I got at knysna hospital with my sister inlaw on a Sunday afternoon. She was in so much pain she was literally in tears, the nurse who was doing observations was busy with a patient and the other patients who were waiting felt sorry for my sister inlaw and they suggested she gets help first so i told the nurse to please help my sister inlaw when she is done with the patient she was currently busy with, she said its fine she will help if the other patients are fine with that, she then left after helping that patient she never came back to help my sister inlaw, a doctor who was also on duty heard the cry and came to assist i told the doc what had happened, she was friendly enough to help with some pain relievers while we waited. After waiting for a while, my sister inlaw still in tears and in pain another nurse came for observation as she can not be attended by a doctor without the observation being done first after that the good long wait started it was the worst experience, they kept on saying they have only one doctor on duty so hence the wait. Patients who were here before us were still waiting as well. The service is so pathetic, there is no care really, a patient could die while waiting and they would still keep thier jobs and continue to provide this horrible service. People's lives are being gambled with in that hospital. As i write this review we are waiting in casualty to be attended to. Government departments are so not keeping a high standard its so bad and annoying. She was also told to pay a hospital fee, why now do people need to pay at government hospital?? Were will a patient who is sick and unemployed so broke that they cant even buy bread so that they can take medication, get money to pay a hospital. I was going to pay the R40 they asked for its nothing to me but they dont have a card machine so that i pay, now what about the less fortunate, what about those who even dont have transport to get to the hospital because the ambulance would take forever to get to them and deliver them to hospital. A lot is just going wrong in government hospitals.
On the 16th of August i visited the Knysna WC branch to apply for the monthly deals or specials they usually offer. I was told to send an email after 48hours and find out the outcome of the application. A week later i visited again and I was told there dont have answer for me but will call me back after they escalated it which takes a few hours to get a response. I never received the call at all. Another week later i send an email asking about this and i was told that it will be escalated again and that was the last time I heard from them. Its now almost a month no one has come back to me, all i needed was a yes your application is successful or no its not but all im told about is escalations. This is so pathetic an uncalled for.
