An utter embarrassment of a company. Botched my installation which was scheduled late anyway, and sent the wrong person from the wrong department. I had to wait for them all day at my office when I was supposed to be on the road, and then didn't even receive an apology. Each department blamed each other as is the way in this *********** country in which we live. I'm so sad that there isn't a zero star rating or even a minus one.
An absolute disgrace of a company. More like Drizzle. Half the time the network doesn't work at all and when it does, it runs at speeds a fraction of the speed I pay them for. They are *****ing a living and South Africans need to vote with their feet and do what I am about to do- leave them for a better provider.
If there was an option to give zero stars, I would have chosen that option. They always deliver to the incorrect address, their staff are rude and ******** and full of attitude. How this pathetic excuse of a company is still in business is completely beyond me. DON"T USE THEM
Excellent service in their store, friendly, helpful and knowledgeable staff.
Absoltely terrible service. I ordered two products and they have never arrived. A refund can be processed but that will take another 5-7 days to reflect in my bank account. I will never order from them again. Their staff are apathetic and I don't need this kind of drama in my life.
There should be a zero star option available for the Greenstone branch. Apart from the rude and unprofessional staff, they have twice messed up my prescription. The shop is an absolute and utter MESS.
I would have preferred a no star option. Low speeds, intermittent connections, poorly trained tech support staff poorly trained customer relations staff. The whole company seems to have gone to seed.
