I have app**** to have my driver, drive for takelot. It has been two months waiting for logins. Apparently in Benmore you wait for John to sign and everyday he doesnt sign for logins. This is straight it poor services from Take alot e are the citizens yet we cant be afforded the opportunity to work!!!!
So at home we renovating, we bought a Stove on the 14th of November 2024 which cost R9798 full stove with Oven and a Hob. But because of renovations we only installed the stove on the 5th of December, I cooked on the 6th of December just fine everything was working. Saturday morning when I was frying an egg the stove cracked out of no where. I called Hirsch's Springfield, a lady answered and I explained my situation the lady said I need to pay for electrician to come out in Avoca Hills R790 and that the insurance I paid for doesn’t cover glass.Ay I refused and headed to Springfield Hirsch's Homestore To my suprise when I got there Vicky (manager)and Clement said they will book an electrician no charge and will come in 48-72 hours. Electrician only came on Saturday 14 December around 12pm. He checked everything and advised that the stove cracked on it own, everything was done correctly the installation and everything looks perfect, he even explained that the crack is on top meaning its the stove itself not that someone hit the stove yabo. He mentioned that Hirsch Springfield Park DON’T WANT TO PAY!!! So I have been calling asking for feedback until this Saturday 21/12 they are saying the issue was the Hob and I told them thats not what your electrician said and he could have easily picked that up and showed us, as he opened the stove. This morning he sent this whatapp saying Defy Service Centre said the issue was that the stone wasn’t cut out correctly!!!! How did their own electrician not see that on site but they can see it on the pictures??? I called Clement, he says I will have to pay for the repair or new glass kwistove which cost R3000.00 Christmas is two days away. Am so frustrated, I need my money. Defy says I should pay R1750 for repairs 🥺 how when the issue isnt by my side

I have been trying to get ahold of this business for the past 2 weeks. They have stopped sending out Isolezwe and whenever I call they answer and make me hold for an agent and dropped the call. I have been calling them no avail.
Service is disappointing, I have been calling for the past hour first agent said she doesn't have skills with the type of product I have and that I should call 0860222274 for the past hour been holding in the line been dropped three times and that's my time being wasted yet they say we know your time is important. I just want to change the beneficiary on my account but yerrrrr the service am getting I will be changing providers these people Dont care about the customer service they provide.
I had called 4 months ago and set up a payment plan for the HOME CHOICE AND FINCHOICE. I have paid in full. I just received an email stating I owe R1034 when I call the call centre Bongivuso to ask why I received a statement when I have settled the amount on my side, and the home choice is settled but the finchoice isnt doenst make sense agent went on without assistance and dropped the call called and they dropped the call. Poor service as this is about my credit and they not rectifying the error. am very ****ed with the customer service I have received.
I had made a dispute on my account of R 282.61 and R 619.00 made these on the 27th of March 2021. The funds didn't return to my account. I called yesterday a very helpful young man assisted and even upgraded my card, however he advise that both my dispute debit are still unpaid and maybe later during the day it will be returned. Upon waking up today I had received the R619.00 however the R 282.61 hasnt returned, I call the call centre an agents tells me that it didnt go off as there were no funds in my account, my account had a minus of 282.61 when my salary was deposited it deducted the funds that what a normal person will know. If it didn't deduct than why it allowed me to reverse??? Why the agent advise that it still shows as unpaid and will e paid later during the day. I want my money and teach your agent the work. Also she said she will put me through to management and waited for 25 minute with no one picking up service is disgusting
service is pathetic,we had no electricity from 10 am in Umlazi G section we reported the matter. However there was no response. When I called at 4 spoke to an agent who had bad attitude,terrible services put me on hold for 20 minute I think they forget that we pay they bill. Just yesterday had to pay bill for 5600 because for electricity. Today we had no electricity. When am telling the agent that we have children that need it she says I should wait for 2-24 hrs and that too long because we pay rate cant be that the issue will be resolve the next day. How can u survive without electricity for so long. Asked to speak to the manager she put me on another hold for 10 minute till she dropped the call. bear in mind that was my airtime had to wait for 45 minute. I really would like this checked you people forgets that we pay your salary without us paying there will be no vacancy the agent was totally rude and her serviced sucked for customer services she was sleepy don't know what she was doing then ended up shouting eventually dropped the call. Debting my account again, I've been trying to contact you for the past 2 weeks no response you have debited my acc again and you keep saying that you will be refunding my R349 with no luck.... I want my money or we going to go the legal route
It the second time now you have charge money of my account first time you reversed now you have taken it again, so I need to contact you all the time when I want my money back?
