I received my prorata statement before the unit had even been delivered. Zero response on a credit despite my request. Was told by 2 agents that the unit woule be installed, it was not. Again multiple emails went unanswered for a week, finally got a call, followed by an email telling me they will not install. Have now requested cancellation for the 2nd time.
The milk doesn't taste right, it has been at least a month, purchased from various stores, but each time, the milk doesn't taste good. Are the ***s unhappy?
I've been using it for over a year with very few problems, sometimes older shows aren't in English, you can't skip intros but for less than R100 a month it's an absolute bargain.
An ADT driver skipped a stop street, crashed into an oncoming vehicle and drove through the fence at our offices. Our security company reported the accident to us, and I was here within an hour (at 6am on a Saturday). There were multiple ADT response vehicles onsite. An entire palisade had been knocked to the ground, anyone could simply walk in from the busy street, we had delivery vehicles parked outside, our entire property was vulnerable and at risk, I was given the wrong contact details to report the damage to, I was promised that they would post guards until we could make repairs, they didn't. They **** about how the accident occurred and said that the person that they hit was at fault and drunk, both drivers passed the breathalyzer at the police station. In fact, no one from ADT got in touch at all. I had to find the details online to make a claim. This was 2 months ago and they have tried to stall and delay and request info that was already submitted, I've submitted a quote, explained that I was onsite for 4 hours, and had to call in staff to make temporary repairs and they continue to ask for more info or documents. How is this not settled by their insurance company after 2 months. They seem to be notoriously reckless on the roads, their own tow truck driver told me that it was the third accident that day in our area. I wouldn't trust this company to keep anyone or anything safe. They seem to be ************ and very experienced ****s.
Absolutely worst service ever! Inverter stopped working 7 days after installation, they will not get back to us to replace under warranty, nor get a damage report to claim under our insurance. Buyer beware!!!
My car needs its first service since I bought it (used) with 76 000km mileage, Liquid Capital is refusing, as they will only be for the 75 000km and 90 000km, I have spent hours on the phone and over email, but they are incapable of understanding this and keep telling me to call customer care, which cuts off
I ended my contract about a year ago as they couldn't resolve a technical issue. For the last few weeks they have been randomly arriving at my home, trying to gain access. They've smsed my ticket number (????) and emailed me to rate the service, I keep telling them I'm not a customer but they keep coming.
Elite Mobile has been deducting money via Debit Orders on my account for months now, each time I get it reversed, as I don't have any contracts with Elite Mobile. This month a debit order from Ignition Telecoms Investment43 was deducted, and again I reversed it. Finally Elite Mobile answers my mails and says I have valued added services that were not cancelled. I have had to pay bank charges for reversing these fraudulent debit orders each time and all I am told is that I have a contract, but no answer as to what contract or when I signed up. How many people are paying Elite Mobile Debit Orders for non-existent contracts?
I dealt with Raymond from the Call Centre, he called me back twice, was an absolute pleasure to deal and sorted out my problem free of charge. Such exceptional service, I will be a life long customer!
I was charged over R1000 for 2 loads of laundry and they refuse to refund me. Absolutely terrible service, do not recommend What an absolute waste of energy, it would actually have been less exhausting to drive to a laundromat to do my laundry. Zero customer service, zero value for money, no feedback, thieving time wasting rubbish liars!
