Worst service experienced on Saturday, 03/01/2025. I visited the store intending to purchase the lace curtain on display. The consultants were standing together at the till, and I had to approach them to request assistance. When one consultant eventually came to me, she simply stared at me without offering help. I asked whether I could purchase the curtain that was on display. She did not check or confirm availability with a colleague and immediately responded that it was not available. I then requested to purchase the display item, to which she rep**** that it could not be sold because there was no packaging. Throughout the interaction, there was a clear lack of interest and customer care. As I was leaving, no effort was made to assist further or acknowledge me, leaving me feeling ignored and dissatisfied with the service received.
I am a third-year Diploma student at SANTS. Recently, I experienced a family crisis as my mother was very ill. During this period, I had four assignments due on the 18th. I managed to complete and submit three modules on time, but unfortunately, I was unable to finish the fourth. On the 14th, my mother sadly passed away, and I could not complete or submit the remaining assignment. After the funeral, I have been making every effort to communicate with the institution to request an opportunity to complete the outstanding assignment. However, despite sending several emails, I have not received any response. When I contact the call centre, I am continuously advised to resend the email, but no feedback or assistance has been provided.
Iam reposting this review for teh second time, and I know their reply will be " "they will get in touch with me within 24hrs."I was checking my credit score via "mycreditcheck" and to my surprise it showed an account in errors was "NIMBLE GROUP" .one I don't even know who they are. Two I have paid off all my creditors, including accounts that were handed over ,"NIMBLE GROUP" have never contacted me at least to tell me who they are and which account are they claiming to be collecting for. I have tried to send them an email to find out who they are and why isn't that they in my credit report where else they have never made means to get in touch with me at least. is that even legal.

In 2022 I got financed by MFC for a vehicle that was worth 209000 and I was supposed to pay R3500 of installments over 72 months. Until I had financial crisis and instead of skipping payments I decided to join a debt review so they can restructure my monthly installments and they did, and decreased my installments with R 700 and the debit order went through each month never skipped payments. And when my finances restored I cancelled the debt review and continued paying the account directly and I have recently asked MFC,I asked them to email me a statement and to my surprise the current balance is close to R500-000 that says I have to pay it in 132 months ..WHY WOULD I PAY R500-000 FOR A KWID ?
I have had two policies with old mutual for more than 7 years now. An educational plan for my daughter and a funeral cover for my mother. The problem started when there was change in my salary date which they were failing to deduct money from my account, which Id still go to the branch were they would give me account numbers to deposit the funds and I would do as advised but I would still receive messages that my policies are overdue ,I kept going to the branch and providing proof of payments and they would tell they have sorted the issue out, until I received an email that my policies are cancelled and I still went to the branch since I did not understand why were policies cancelled and an urgent that assisted me said they have restarted the policies and changed the debit date to my pay date which wasn't the case, it was only one debit order that went through , At the current state I'm wondering if all this money old mutual has been taking from me all these years has went down the drain ,and what happens if I were to loose my mother since she's old they obviously wouldn't pay out.. all these years have been a waste.
I had a clothing account with Jet and decided to pay up the account I asked them to close the account they said since it was a Saturday they wont be able to, a month later I started receiving messages that I was owing and later phone calls that my account has been handed over to Blake and Associates that I was owing about R900 that amount was divided in into two payments. I had to make an online payment of R460 and the other R460 will be debited from my account and I did exactly that , I did not receive any paid up letter or anything instead I started receiving phone calls again that I'm still owing R460 up to date the latest message that was sent to me is that I am owing R633 ..THIS IS DAYLIGHT ******* !

I had an account with jet and paid it off and didn't close the account and they handed it over to Blakes and associates..they called me asked me to pay R900 as much as I didn't understand where was it coming from I paid it and two months down the line they called me again said I'm now owing R480 up to date I still receive calls that I'm owing R560..why are these people taking advantage of people how long will I keep owing them for an account that was paid up
