We bought dining room chairs on 2 December 2025, it's more than 3 months later with no chairs. Every time we call, they promise to find out and call us back. They never call back and never provide feedback. When we claim a refund, they also refuse. The conclusion we come to is they stole our money. Beware of this company.

The dealership advertises a Ford Mustang 2023 model, yellow in colour for R799900. Upon arriving at the dealership I asked if the vehicle was sprayed or was in an accident, the salesman and new vehicle sales manager stated the vehicle had not been in an accident or had spray work done. I pointed out evidence of spray paint on the bumper, bonnet, left and right fenders, left door and rear bumper. Basically only two panels on the entire vehicle have not been sprayed. They were very embarrassed and shy about my having to point it out. When I told the sales manager it was ********* to sell that vehicle as accident free he turned around and walked away. As a CMH dealer I find it shocking that unsuspecting members of the public were being taken advantage of. BEWARE OF THESE PEOPLE
I placed an order for an oven on 27 November 2024. (ORDER NUMBER. 500943591). After 5 working days I called to enquire, the lady was rude and said the order would be delivered the following day, which never happened. Two days later I received a message stating the order would be delivered 28 November 2024. Ironic, I received the message on 3 November 2024, It's shocking.
MSC. Avoid this cruise line. I booked a cruise for end of November 2023 for my wife and myself in the Middle East. Due to the war we feel unsafe as no one knows if it could escalate to other regions. We wrote 6 emails requesting cancellation and a credit be passed for future use or a refund. A lady Molly has rep**** that they refused to accept the cancellation. My wife called MSC, another lady, Khgomotso just said they don't think it's unsafe and therefore we are compelled to go. Who on earth do these people think they are to decide for me whether I should feel safe or not. They are unprofessional and *********.
This exposes unscrupulous unsavoury practices by clients, taking advantage of respectable companies like Clear View Frameless, with a 99.9% satisfied track record and close to 6000 satisfied customers in SA and neighbouring countries. We issued a quote to BOKAMOSO LANDSCAPE ARCHITECTS & ENVIRONMENTAL CONSULTANTS for a frameless glass door. On the quote the payment terms are clearly displayed. BOKAMOSO LANDSCAPE ARCHITECTS & ENVIRONMENTAL CONSULTANTS accepted the quote by paying the required deposit as stipulated on the quote. When we notified LIZELLE GREGORY (the owner of BOKAMOSO LANDSCAPE ARCHITECTS & ENVIRONMENTAL CONSULTANTS), she protested against paying the balance as per the agreement. We could have refused to proceed in terms of the agreement, however we chose to be accommodating and agreed that the balance could be paid when the installation team arrives on site with the materials, to which she agreed. Upon the teams arrival on site our office called LIZELLE GREGORY to advise her of such. At that point she already became agitated with Michelle from our office and sent through a screenshot of her phone stating immediate payment, which did not contain any information indicating a proof of payment as issued by the bank. Michelle asked her for the proof, upon which she very rudely commented it would be emailed to her within 5 minutes. In the interim we in good faith instructed the installers to continue the installation. After 2 hours, not having received a proof of payment from the bank or the “immediate payment” reflecting in our account, I drove to their office and politely asked for the proof of payment. The skinny guy that stated he wished to make eye contact with me should have used his words as I was focussed on the installers and the door, not on him wherever he was placed. The receptionist advised me she did not have a proof on her computer upon which I asked if she was able to obtain one. After waiting 10 minutes I went back to her and advised if she could not produce the proof, we would halt work until such time as it could be presented. Unfortunately, in this day and age there are unscrupulous unsavoury people, and having experienced such in 25 years in this industry, I recognised the behaviour. I have no experience with people on drugs, but if I had, in my minds eye, that would be how they would act, seeing such behaviour in movies. Suddenly the same skinny chap rushed out and started screaming, shouting profanities, using the “F” word at least 9 times. I was standing by die gate which is approximately 20 metres from the entrance as he was carrying on in full view of myself, potential customers, the public, his own fellow employees and my installers. He furthermore screamed at BOKAMOSO LANDSCAPE ARCHITECTS & ENVIRONMENTAL CONSULTANTS people manning their gate to keep us captive and not open the gate for us to leave. I obtained the owner of BOKAMOSO LANDSCAPE ARCHITECTS & ENVIRONMENTAL CONSULTANTS cell number and called her: LIZELLE GREGORY. She cursed and swore at me using the “F” word at least three times and also said: I don’t have time for your “sh**” and slammed the phone in my ear. The skinny man proceeded to call my office and used the same profanity and verbal assault on a lady, Michelle, THIS IS TOTALLY SHAMEFULL, and all this because they refused to present the proof of payment. I asked them politely to please open the gate in order for us to leave, whereby they refused. I proceeded to call SAPS Brooklyn for relief. The reaction unit was on site within 10 minutes. Upon entering the premises, the same skinny man was nowhere to be seen, leaving the receptionist to deal with the SAPS. Suddenly out of nowhere a lady appeared with a paper in her hand saying there’s your proof of payment. We realised the TIME STAMP OF THE PROOF WAS THE EXACT TIME THE POLICE ARRIVED ON SITE. Most people would have left under POLICE protection, but we still did the right thing and installed the door. I regret ever having to deal with people acting in such a unprofessional & rude manner. Clear View Frameless is a respectable company, having employees who deal with their customers fairly, politely & decently. IF YOU ARE A POTENTIAL CUSTOMER OF BOKAMOSO LANDSCAPE ARCHITECTS & ENVIRONMENTAL CONSULTANTS, or a contractor whom they approach for a project, think twice. Went to Rocking Potch and bought my ticket online with a R500 top up. The scan and top up was successfull. But the lines were to long at the bar so I ended up spending R0 out of that R500. when I wanted to refund at the end it showed the amount was R0 They said I had to refund online witch I tried and it didint work even after showing proof of my ticket and top up, AND MY TAG WAS SCANNED NOWHERE!!.These people are THIEFS there is no other way to say it. You always hear large amounts of people complaining about this company. WHEN ARE WE BOYCOTTING THEM?!?! Its obvious that somone is pocketing the unrefunded money
Amazing service, professional and very trustworthy. I would definitely recommend this company. Having work done by them was a pleasure and the end product took my breath away!
