I am very disappointed with the service I received today. My phone was ****** this morning and I called customer care to block the phone. I spoke to the guy by the name of zolisa who refused to give me his surname. I was told that they can't block or blacklist my phone I should wait for someone who will call me back. I then explained that I do not have a phone and I can not be reached since my phone is ******. He told me there is nothing he can do. I then requested to speak to a team leader and the team leader also refused to speak to me. Even refused to give me their name. I then requested to be transferred to the complain department and Zolisa told me that I can not speak to the complain department I need to send an email but on the website it states that I need to call the customer care line to file a complain. I submitted a complaint on the 27th May 2023 but have not received any response. I bought a 6pack 330ml at Pick n Pay workshop Durban on the 25th May 2023 and one of the bottle is almost empty, it doesn't have a lid. Also it has a very bad smell. I'm very disappointed as I paying the full amount but I did not get the quality and quantity I payed for. I even attached the pictures on the Email but no response or acknowledge.
I bought a 6 pack bernin classic and discovered that one bottle was not full.. Almost empty but it was still sealed. I then send an email to Consumercare@distell.co.za on the 19th May 2023. I got a reply that more information is required. I completed the form send to me to the same email address. I then reset the email again on the 26th may 2024 but no feedback or response was given to me. I even attached the pictures to show the bottle. my car was damanged in the fire explossion and was reported to outsurance on the 21 feb 2023 on claim 347127950, been calling asking for frrdback with no luch, then on i was informed that i need to submit documents since im a 3rd party. i then submitted the requested documents on reference: 135387738, still no feedback, everytime when i call im advised that the person dealing with the claim will call me back but no one calls. when i request to speak to her im told she's not at the office. since february my claim is not approved and im not getting any feedback. its frustrating because im forced to use taxis just because outsurance is taking their time to finalise the claim. im not even getting any feedback, im beein send from piller to post. calling everyday without getting any help.
I am not happy with the service. I have submitted my claim and supporting documents on the 10/06/2022, and have not received any feedback. Every time i call, they tell me the same story that they are still waiting for feedback or my claim to be approved. Its been 2 weeks and my claim is not approved.
i have been trying to cancel my cellphone contract with vodacom and when i call the number : 0821958152 but the number does not go thru. i went to Musgrave and they told me that they can not help i need to call from a vodacom number, i advised them that i lost the simcard and when i call using another network provider the number does not go thru. the contract ended and i need to cancel. i am out of options. i can not be paying for something that has ended. vodacom service is very bad. all i need is to cancel my contract.
i received an email from m-sure confirming my policy and my premiums, when i have never taken a policy with them or even had any communication with them before the email.
I have been sending enquiries on the website requesting for my contact to be cancelled. no one has got back to me. today I receive a call that my debit order has bounced I explained to the agent that I have send an enquiry requesting the contract to be cancelled. she then told me that I have to pay R2000 cancellation free she was very rude said she doesn't care how I pay. I was never advise about the cancellation fee when I took the tracker. instead of them cancelling my contact they want me to pay R2000. what makes me mad is the fact that i was never informed that if i cancelled i will be charged that amount. my partner lost his job and we are going to sell the car, hence i am cancelling the contact.
I was called by platinum life promoting their products, and I advised the consultant that I'm not working. She then said if I referred friends and family I would get a voucher of 1000. When the voucher was send to me I was in hospital. I did send them an email asking about the voucher. Was told after a couple of days that they can not reactivate the voucher because it's after a month, I then send them proof that I did a request within a month. They then responded and changed the story saying I should have contacted them within 2weeks.and they can not do anything about it. I'm an very ****ed with the service I got because I referred about 100 friends and they can not even issue me with voucher as a token of appreciation. I asked this matter to be escalated but I was told they can not do that. I am soo angry. I would never recommend platinum life to anyone.
it is very disappointing that old mutual will delete the my review when i was complaining about the unpaid claims they delete my review without resolving my query. its bee 4 years and we have been send from pillar to post. claims not paid. ref : ce2916380
